Come in and try one of our famous parmigianas, with 18 different sauces to choose from!
This pub was recommended by our hotel and it was fine. Service was prompt & friendly, bar service very good, dining area is small but not crowded or uncomfortable, menu has a good selection of pub style dishes using local produce. Prices were reasonable and serving sizes generous. I had fish, chips & salad and it was very nice.I would go back again when visiting the area.

Called in with my mum for lunch- lots of people but plenty of room. Staff were great and everything clean and looked after. Mum had fish of the day with veggies. All baked and looked wonderful, even included parsnip!I had a steak and while the mushroom sauce was terrific and the taste of the steak was great - it was a little tough and grisly. But great for lunch.

This is the first time that I have been with a group to this Golf Club. The wait for the first serve was a bit long. However they have served about 4 to 5 dishes of cheese and garlic pide for all of us at the table. I have asked whether these were free of charge and the waitress said yes. However, one lady has ordered such a dish beforehand not knowing that they would come free of charge. There was a great confusion amongst the group as nobody really knew what was really going on. It turned out that according to the waitress all such dishes were complimentary with the exception of one lady that has pre ordered the pide dish where she had to pay extra. It would have been a good idea if the staff of the dining room would have made it specifically clear right from the start whether or not these dishes were actually complimentary. Please bear in mind that it is not the money that is in dispute but it is merely a matter of principle.Apart from that the meals were not too bad but needed a bit more taste.
What was once a drive through bottle shop now hangs percarlsy off the front of this building Stepping inside was like walking into someones man cave what with the corrugated bar front and brick footer and the occasional piece of asbestos falling into my beer we found listening to the locals loud and foul language was just enough to finish off a cold beer and the go out the back and hang myself of the hills hoist lol

Called for a quiet Sunday lunch and it was really quiet and we both decided to have the seafood platter. It was a large meal and the fish was fresh local flathead and the chips were great. However the the muscles looked very dry, the salmon was just dumped on the side. Squid was just a frozen commercial product and the prawns looked sus. Skinned them (nothing to wash hands with) but weâre dry also.No water and while the fish was great and I would recommend that, the rest I could not.
