We ate here with our children and didn't come for the beer - apparently we were the ONLY ones in that situation. Regardless, we had a good meal (except they prepared my husbands with cheese after he specifically requested no cheese - but they replaced it quickly and I believe they removed it from our bill so that was a nice gesture). The margherita pizza is yum!Be aware that this place is LOUD - not the place to go to try to talk to your tablemates. Our waiter seemed to wish he was anywhere other than working at Old Chicago. Unfortunate.

While traveling through, we asked at our hotel front desk, about a local place to enjoy a meal, and her top pick was Clydeâs. We foiiowed her lead, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and time in this restaurant. We ate on the bar side, but the menu for the dining room is available there also. Our server was excellent. Knew all about the menu, was personable, and attentive. Couldnât ask for anything more! Meals were prepared well, and tasted great. Locals were friendly and we enjoyed talking with a few of them. Weâll make a point of stopping in here next time weâre going through town

CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is a fine dining restaurant that serves up a vibrant and diverse menu, fresh sushi and an award-winning wine list in a chic and energetic setting.
Two friends and I were on a day trip to Sioux City and we decided to eat at Crave for lunch. Beautiful restaurant, right on the river, indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the Walleye fish sandwich with fresh fruit. The fish was fried on the outside, and ice cold on the inside. It also was not walleye, not sure what cut of fish it was. We told the server who immediately took it back to the kitchen and they redid the sandwiches with walleye and it was good. They also brought us another bowl of fresh fruit. The manager came over and apologized and comped pour meal, which was very nice. The server was very friendly, but wasn't always attentive. She was talking to other employees. We finally asked if our dessert was ready. We saw it waiting on the counter. The chocolate cake was awesome! It was a great place, just need to do some tweaking!Hi, I wanted to personally reach out and apologize for your substandard dining experience. Please know weâll be sharing this with our management team and chef. Will you please email me at your earliest convenience so I can personally help resolve the issue for you? Please email me at [email protected], I look forward to connecting.Thank you, Kylie

I've been visiting Buffalo Alice's since the 80's when it was located on Pearl Street. It moved to the remodeled 4th street area with all the other cools restaurants and shops in downtown. The place still looks a bit like a dive, but it does not have that run-down feeling. There are two reasons to visit Buffalo Alices: Pizza and craft beer. They do a really good job making fresh pizzas. It's not as good as Jerry's or El Fredo's, but it's up there. Having craft beer on tap makes it that much better.Service here is two stars. They don't care and or even try to make small talk. They do the minimum to get you a beer and take your order. The rest of the time they huddle and talk with each other or get on their phone.

Stopped on a Saturday night, 6:30 or so. 20 Minute wait for an outside table. Place was REALLY busy. The beer list is extensive, several sours, 3 stout/porters and quite a few IPA's, at least 16 on tap the night we were in.Ordered dinner, pasta, chicken rouladen, the brisket and bacon burger and the sausage platter.Burger was phenomenal, sausage is made in house and has excellent seasoning. The Rouladen was very well done, but a bit overcooked and the pasta was on point. We didn't get a chance to try the pizza, that will be next time!

Was in town on business with a colleague from Germany and chose Minervaâs based on other reviews. We were greeted to be advised that they were managing flow so would be a short wait. I asked if we could sit and the bar and was told we could be orders would be delayed just the same. We were greeted by a friendly bar server who promptly got us a drink and menus. He soon returned to take our order! The place was not full so not sure why the flow control at the door? My colleague had a burger and I had the sirloin steak which was cooked to my likely. The meat was a little tough though which was disappointing. My colleagues liked his burger so that would be my choice if I return.Thank you for joining us this summer, harleyboy50! We appreciate your patience with us in managing the wait, as the guest experience is our #1 priority here at Minervas Food & Cocktails. Please let our management team know if there are any menu choices that need to be adjusted, as we want each of our guests to leave satisfied and happy, every time. Please join us again soon, as we would be lucky to continue to earn your business. Cheers!

We never even ordered. The cigarette odor and grotesque deodorizes used by the casino (the worst Iâve ever encountered in a Hard Rock) caused us to lose all appetite and leave. donaldrthomas13, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize that you did not stay to have dinner with us - during your next visit, you are welcome to request seating by the windows or outside on our patio. We do hope that you will choose to dine with us in the future.
