This beach bar is incredibly reasonably priced. They have buckets of beer and incredible food all for reasonably cheap prices. This is the prime location for watching planes land and takeoff, and the bar offers chairs/umbrellas and 2 beers at a very reasonable package price. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our dinner at Pineapple Petes. The vibe is good, the music and people are friendly. There was an outside band playing. Drinks were reasonably priced. I recommend trying.

Located right before the Simpson Bay Bridge. There's a new spot in St.Maarten, where locals can be proud of their local cuisine, where Rum enthusiasts can sip themselves around the world, one tumbler at a time; and where tourist can truly experience the a
Coming to Sint Maarten in low season presented us with some challenges - not just weather, but finding open restaurants. Finally, six days into our week, we were told that Nowhere Special was someplace special! I, personally, had been craving grilled Caribbean lobster all week and we were told that the previous night was a lobster special night at Nowhere Special. Well we missed it by one day, but the wonderful people at Nowhere Special took great care of us, and brought me a fabulous grilled Caribbean lobster, with the yummiest fried plantains ever, and of course, their famous Johnny Cakes! Our server, Red, was amazing, such a sweetie. The music was delightful, and everyone was so friendly. This was my first trip to Sint Maarten, but I hope to return and if I do, I will definitely return to Nowhere Special!!

During our week in St Maarten we stopped in here on two different occasions for drinks and dinner. The Johnny cakes that they brought out for dessert were out of this world!!! Highly recommend as the drinks are very good, the food is also very good and the dessert is excellent!! You should definitely check out any of the 5 beers that are brewed locally here on the island. I had the Saint Martin lager on this occasion. So good!!

Specialized in healthy and delicious food, Karakter offers only the best: the best smoothies, salads, wines, beers, cocktails, tapas and lunches. Our lounge chairs, wooden couches and lounge cushions, paired with amazing white sand and a perfect blue sea,
Came here while on a cruise, great choice! The beach and restaurant sit alongside the international airport, and while crowds and day trippers flock to Maho, this was a fairly uncrowded location. I hope giving it a positive review won't bring more folk here and ruin the ambiance!Since we planned to have lunch here (amazing grouper!) our lounges and umbrellas were complimentary. The beach has a small drop off, which can vary with the tides, It's great for couples who want to enjoy the water or stroll the beach.

A great international restaurant in a fun, air conditioned, Caribbean cottage that celebrates all-American comfort cuisine alongside international culinary delights. Daily specials focus on fresh seafood and the best quality meats cooked to perfection. Lu
A great go to place for food and drinks. Everything we ate was above average. They are known for the brisket and you won't be disappointed! Topper himself still hangs out at the restaurant, a very nice man! Free rum samples, cold beer and karaoke...what else could you ask for as a starting place for your evening, or an ending place for the early folks...

We found Skipjack's online and decided to give it a try. It was an average experience. The food was good, the service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. The three of us each had a seafood entree. Again, everything was good, but average. It is a nice evening out, but you probably won't be wowed.

We shared an omelet. It was very good. Love the location and sitting out on the water. Little hard to find. MUST watch closely as it is right by the bridge on Welfare Rd.

A true Caribbean dive bar with the attitude tomatch. Itâs a place where high and low, locals and tourists, rub elbows and party the nightaway. It was originally a place to get the rowdy drunken sailorâs out ofthe finer establishments in the area. Sit at t
