"Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price!"
The high point of my meal was probably the pear and gorgonzola salad, which was delightful. Weâre in Copper River Salmon season, and itâs offered as a special so two of us ordered it. It was well cooked but we both found it oddly tasteless. The potato and asparagus sides were ok but uninspired. They donât serve bread either before or during the entrees, which is chintzy at this price point. Our waiter tried hard but service was slow because he was stretched. Overall, we got the impression of a somewhat upscale chain restaurant and I was hoping for more.

Weâve been coming to Industry for a while now and even though in the Portland food scene itâs tough to hit the same place more than once (because thereâs so many great and new places all the time) we find ourselves at Industry regularly. The food is surprisingly unique - itâs not necessarily original but itâs done BETTER than other places: maple glazed pork belly is one of our favorite appetizers and the paella we had last night was really flavorful. The bartenders are creative and if you tell them what you feel like drinking and ask them to make you something interesting, theyâre a lot of fun to experiment with. Itâs got a great ambiance in all seasons and a wonderful staff. I really think you should give this place a try.

This is a great casual place to stop by for a good dinner or appetizers. They have a friendly staff and the owner Mark is really nice and friendly. I would recommend that you try the roasted Brussels sprouts with pepperoni ( I know it sounds weird, but the flavor is out of this world!). They have a full bar if you are looking for a place to relax in the evening (I am not quite sure how their mixed drinks are since their beer selection is so big, I haven't ventured off of it).

Smockville opened in 2017, later in the year I believe. Weâve visited five or six times. The owner is the same person who owns/runs the successful Treeâs in Sherwood. The concept is one thatâs pretty popular these days, a brewery/pub that serves their own beer along with other craft beer for a total tap count of around 14. The food is straight up pub with a few burgers, a number of sandwiches, a lot of salads, and a bunch of apps. We keep hoping they will hit their stride and they keep not getting there. Weâve had many of the apps and they have been quite good if you enjoy fried foods like we do. We both loved the house made chili and hopefully it doesnât change too much from batch to batch. That said, I honestly think they are not equipped to handle the volume in the space they have. On more than one visit weâve had our server disappear for extended time, obviously with too many tables to manage. Additionally, most servers do not come across as professional brewpub servers but rather folks in training for the role. Tonight all the food that should be delivered hot was not. Mentioned the cold fries and the server ran off with the basket only to return with another basket of cold fries. Burger had cold bacon on top of cold cheese on top of a lukewarm, overcooked burger patty. But it wasnât for not trying. The servers were frantically trying to get to tables, and we saw more than one party walk out because they didnât get attention for 5-10 minutes after sitting down. And for a brewpub/tap house they donât attend to beer very well; tonight we sat waiting for about 10 minutes before the server came back to ask if we would like a refill of beer or water, then the refill took another 10 minutes at least to make it to the table. In addition to all the seats they offer, the kitchen is tiny and it must be really difficult to crank out the volume this crowd demands in that space. We really want Smockville to become good. We keep trying, and will likely try again. Weâre excited to support a local business. Itâs just disappointing that every time weâve walked out weâve been disappointed.

Stopped in for a quick bite after a movie and found the place accommodating and comfortable, if a little bit dark. Had a beer and a burger and it hit the spot. Friendly, informed staff. Pleasant watering hole.

Since we were nearby, decided to try this location for lunch. We were seated promptly. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good variety of food items on the menu. Had the California turkey sandwich and the patty melt with fruit and both were very good. Decided to finish off our meal with a house-made raspberry cheese cake, which was also very good. Our server, Sara, was very personable and initially asked us if this was our first visit, and then explained how everything was made iin-house. Service was very good and we were checked on regularly. As others have noted, it is a tad pricey. However, a very good experience over-all

Great atmosphere, decked out in natural wood. Throw peanut shells on the floor. Sports bar.!! Football fans are all over the place and they have ALL the games on several big screen TV's. The food is OUTSTANDING...BUT... the service sucks. On NUMEROUS visits, the servers seem entitled to be serving you. Very rude {when they do talk to you} dribble coffee all over the table when they refill your cup {if they remember} and then you need to find her when you want your check. This is the ONLY place where I only left the dreaded "PENNY TIP". I actually walked to the kitchen and tipped the cooks. Like I said the food ROCKS.

They have amazing burgers and tons of beer made in house. I can't seem to try them all fast enough because I've been too busy but everyone I've sent loved it.

New restaurant in Sherwood, Oregon
We had eaten at Trees in the past, and always enjoyed it. Then we had a string of visits where it just didnt measure up. My little granddaughter asked to try it again expressing that"everyone deserves a second chance." Glad we did! The food was as good, or better than we had in the beginning. My husband mentioned our past few visits to our server and the chef/owner came out to make sure we were pleased. We were. It was delicious!

Clancyâs is a Sherwood Oregon tradition and I personally love their fish and chips, fish tacos and chicken strips (yes they are that good).
