Rest assured the #1 quality of any restaurant needs to be the food and the manner in which its prepared but never underestimate how great service can enhance the dining experience. Case in point: Reflection at the Crowne Plaza hotel near SeaTac Airport. I had already read the reviews about their chowder and fish and chips so was prepared in advance. What was a huge surprise was the excellent service. My server, Robert, was quick to engage in a friendly and easy going manner, similar to being at a friends place. He treated all patrons like they were than just customers. He was both witty and knowledgeable in a unobtrusive way. I truly appreciated his demeanour and professionalism. I opted for the fish and chips and it scored top marks across the board. The battering was just right and the finger size portions made for easy handling. The spiral fries were a fresh take on an age old tradition and my only complaint was that there weren't more. I am always leery of hotel restaurants especially in a location with few options but Reflections is a place I would choose even if I were not a guest in the hotel. Well done!

The highpoint of the newly redesigned Westfield Southcenter just south of Seattle, delivers polished interiors and a sleek scene for eclectic dining.
Cannot beat this outstanding upscale resturant at Southcenter. Wait staff is excellent, quite a variety of unique entrees. Highly recommend the Korean Califlowr appitizer. Outstanding tast and prepped in a way that is appealing and highly enjoyable. The Whatchamacolic wine is outstanding. It is a special wine that only Joey's serves exclusivly. Salads are filling and fresh. Happy Hour after 900 PM has some great selections including sliders.MPierce2fly, Thank you for choosing JOEY Southcenter. took a couple of co workers here for an appreciation dinner and we all were surprised. the atmosphere, décor, and ambiance was just great. this place makes you feel like your in a backwoods down the road restaurant. far from it, the food is as good as it gets with plenty of selection from plain ol hamburgers to some of the nicest aged steaks you could buy. most definitely will be coming back

Weâve been experiencing a phenomenon in our area with some restaurants adding a surcharge for wages. This is something the average consumer should not tolerate. Itâs a tax by the restaurant. Raise your menu cost or pay your employees what you please. Donât put a fee on my bill and then expect a tip on top of that. The food is ok here along with the services been here a couple of times. Now I know they want a surcharge to support their employees Iâll eat elsewhere.Hello,I am very sorry to hear our 2.5% living wage surcharge upset you. We do this in order to provide our team with the higher wages they deserve as well as providing them with a outstanding health benefits. In the future if you do not wish to pay this simply ask the manager to remove it. We are happy to accommodate.Have a wonderful day Charlie HillGM Stanfords

Famous for food crafted with the best ingredients and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, Claim Jumper offers an experience sure to satisfy everyone. The menu features a medley of homemade dishes including burgers, sandwiches, fresh-baked pot
Was not impressed with the Claim Jumper. The wait staff seemed scattered. Drinks took too long to be delivered. They were ordered with the appetizers and meal. The appetizers had been delivered and almost finished when the drinks arrived. The interior was impressive and they can accommodate more than you think. Not sure I would return, not impressed with the food.

We wanted to try something different than the breaded cod we ate at home and the combo platter satisfied that idea. We started with a bowl of hot, flavorful clam chowder ~ definitely some of the best I have tasted. Our combo platter ~ big enough to share after the chowder ~ arrive hot and fresh. Where to start ~ well there were clam strips, prawns, scallops, cod planks, and halibut (the food I wanted to try the most and liked the least). Add to that fries and cole slaw and your sample of various fish is complete. The food items were delicious and not grease soaked. Their menu lists a lot of interesting items that I will try if we ever get back to Des Moines WASHINGTON

We arrived at the end of happy hour and enjoyed reduced price drinks. Loved the Bahamarita! The service was prompt despite the busy happy hour and food was good.

We arrived and were greeted and seated right away. It was nice out so we sat outside. I got the salmon special which was excellent. My wife got the crab cake and soup combo. We got clam chowder and it was very good. The crab cake was good but being from Maryland I wouldnât say excellent. I would definitely eat here again. The menu can be a little overwhelming but ask your server. Ours was excellent!!

This was a short walk from our hotel and a very pleasant surprise. The food was really great and service was fast. It is a little on the expensive side but it was worth it. They also have a 4% Cooks Commission (tip) added to the bill. You can opt out of this if you want to but the cooks did a great job on our meal so we paid it.
