We visited this restaurant today whilst holidaying in the area. We received a lovely welcome and, being English with no Spanish language abilities, our waitress asked a colleague with some command of English to come and explain the menu to us. We chose the Menu of the Day which provided us with a selection of 3 courses and either a half bottle of wine or water each and all for 12 Euros. The food was really fresh, hot and tasted wonderful. As we had not drunk all our wine, we were given the bottle to take away with us. We highly recommend this establishment.

Stopped for dinner at Cerveceria Capota and was impressed by the variety and quality of the tapas. Our server Katy was wonderful and attentive making sure we had wine and food. I strongly recommend the pulpo (octopus), the stuffed peppers with cod and the salmon stuffed with crab. We finished with both their standard cheesecake and the apple cake which had a cheesecake consistency. Both were very good but the group favorite was the standard cheesecake because of the caramel used top.

Lovely tortilla and fresh squeezed orange. A great start to the day. I will be back for coffee in the morning, a perfect accompaniment to the wonderful hostel upstairs.

El ultimo bar antes de irnos a dormir, me llamo la atención el cartel de especialistas en oreja. Como la oreja, me gusta mucho, entramos, y por supuesto pedimos unos pinchos de oreja con unos vinos, y si la verdad que uno de los mejores pinchos de oreja que he tomado. Mientras mis hijos entretenidos con los tablets, y nos dejaron hablar un poco.

Nice food and wines; I have tried Tapa`s, Pizza, Salad and Paela, and several Rioja`s which are all quite decent.Slow service, which can be avoided to order at the bar...at my age not a big deal, but can imagine it will be hard for some. Overall a nice place which is a great venue for anyone within a reasonable budget.
