Santa Pola Vale Lounge, waterfront marina and also facing Santa Pola beach on the other side, with multitude of beach-umbrellas in summer. Had coffees there â very pleasant, looking out to sea, will come again to have meals. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke), all sightseeing has to be well-researched and not overly taxing; I wear a legbrace. Carparking spots closeby.

We sat at our table and asked the waitress for the menu, she walked off and didnât return. We ordered our drinks with another waiter. Before we knew it the original waitress was circulating with a plate of tapas, plus our drinks waiter.Upon consulting trip advisor we understood the form; tapas is brought out and you select something you like the look of. Fatal error as Iâd already taken what I believed to be a complimentary dish.If you want to select your tapas go into the restaurant.I wasnât in the mood for either waiting until the waiters found our table or selecting from the bar so we paid for our drinks and solo tapas before moving onto another nearby restaurant.The tapas dishes vary between 1.50-1.90⬠and lots appeared to be hosted on toast. Good idea, but just wasnât enamoured of it during our visit.

Lovely coffee and service on terrace which is within the town square overlooking bandstand and castle. Very reasonable for coffee fresh orange juice and a whole small toasted baguette with butter, oil or tomato for 3 euros. Worth a stop to people watch read local and international papers they have and tap into wifi.

A decent menu del dia spoilt a bit by a miserable waitress. The food was fine though the chicken breast and the lamb were a bit overcooked but the starters were very tasty. There was plenty of selection and if you are looking for a cheap lunch then this could be the place for you.

Have been coming to Santa Pola for the past two summers and jut found this gem is a restaurant. Mainly meat dishes but boy is it good! You have to try the escalope of veal or chicken. Great from start to finish. Pitchers of Sangria, steaks, all to die for. Try the patatas bravado for a first course. Weâve now been here three times and each visit was better than the last. You have to try it!
