We have had good quality, happy experiences here in the past but, by comparison, this time this restaurant has fallen apart. We were queue jumped (not Applebeeâs fault) which didnât help then we waited 20 minutes and then we couldnât find the low calorie options part of the menu. The cutlery was wrapped but dirty with dishwasher marks and hardened old food so no big d al we did a bit of spit, scrap and polish. Then the glasses had dishwasher stains and when the three plates arrived they were stained and greasy. Oh dear! Never mind surely the food would be good.Well Iâm afraid not. It was edible. The chicken was good and the shrimps were OK but I guess the state of the plates put us off. We should of sent them back but we didnât. The computer on the table was great for games and playing the bill and the waitress was charming.Room for improvement!

Our friends turkey burger came dry as a bone as well as both of our salads. Apparently the cook didnât tell the waitress that they were out of the Dijon dressing that was supposed to be on the burger. It took a while to get salad dressings & mayo but then the manager brought out some honey mustard dressing which improved my friends burger a lot. The manager was very attentive and helpful.

This establishment has a good selection of teas and a nice atmosphere to enjoy them at the 'tea bar'. The owner is very knowledgeable about the product, however, while she was not outright rude, she was not very welcoming. I'm giving this place an average rating because of that. Probably won't go back. Thank you Trish, I am sorry that you did not have a good experience here at Gold Leaf Spice & Teas. Terri MadridOwner
I have had several occasions to visit Farmers Union and always enjoy it there. Whether I am stopping by with some friends to catch up or attending a professional networking event, I am continually impressed. Their beer and wine selection is excellent, as is their service. Even when the place was packed, the bartenders were responsive and friendly. If you visit here, you will feel very welcome and will want to come back.

The staff were very friendly. The food was fairly typical for a sports bar - no surprises with the menu. The only thing that surprised us were the prices - a little high. The bar is decorated in a way that enhances the vintage feel of the building, which was great.

The couldn't get me in and out quick enough! Lightening fast service and rushed through - I think the waiter took exception to me not taking his recommendation of the special? All the same a nice meal with the Salmon a highlight ($26) and the New York Cheesecake ($8) satisfactory. The house Pinot Noir ($7) was however terrible. Not a cheap eats place that is for sure.2062

I had the ahi tuna special with grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. The tuna was slightly overdone 9medium rare instead of rare) but still very tasty. The potatoes were fluffy and the veggies perfectly grilled. The Scottish red ale was delicious! The wait staff was friendly, prompt and helpful.
