Beautiful rooftop bar at top of The Current Iowa, Davenport's latest addition to the Marriott Autograph Collection. A series of world-class hotels.
So relaxing! We found this bar the last night we were in Davenport and so glad we did. Comfortable couches outside with music, drinks and food. The view is beautiful!

Great local place for a beer, drink or pub food. Martinis are prepared with old school style, affordable and tasty. Guinness is always fresh and poured correctly. Huge wooden bar with tables to the side. Friendly people with no nonsense bar-keepers. Lunch or dinner if you like pub favorites. Good prices. Service is good. Younger crowd in the evenings and can get packed at times. Recommended.

Restaurant, Martini Bar, Banquest facility, private parties, rehearsal dinners, great wine list, 12 draft beers, 30+martinis
Arrived for a very nice happy hour arrangement ($2 off wine and appitizers). Nice variety of dinner options and, thankfully, some smaller options as well. Actually the highlight turned out to be the bread served with two butters. One was a bit too spicy but the cabernet butter was delicious. Very good service as well.

We have written reviews of the Woodfire Grill before and we have had good experiences. In the past we had thoroughly enjoyed their pizza and went there on this trip to have pizza. We were initially disappointed that they no longer have pizza. Their current menu is a bit more upscale in selection and pricing. Since it was our anniversary we stayed and my wife had a chicken dish and I had the beef brisket. The entrees were wonderful and the portions were very large. Our server was good and was there when we needed her. We will miss the pizza but we will still go to the Woodfire Grill when we visit Davenport.

We came here for dinner before a Paul McCartney concert. Some of the music playing in the background was Beatles songs. The Mississippi blonde ale and the 2 pale ales were quite good. The Cobb salad came with a homemade Bleu Cheese dressing and extra Bleu Cheese. The BBQ plate came with 2 meats and 2 sides. All very good and relatively inexpensive.

This restaurant is a gem amongst other resturants. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The servers are great. Anyone who doesnt think so is not observant or considerate. The food---ah, it's a real bargain and they cook it with expertise in the kitchen. Its my restaurant!

Great downtown Davenport restaurant serving lunch, dinner, one of the largest selection of craft beers in the area, and cocktails. Daily specials with homemade soups, salad dressings and sauces, Great sandwich and salad selections. Banquet room available
Sippis has long experience with offering traditional American food in downtown Davenport. Fortunately they are high enough that the spring flooding has not affected them. Their renovations a couple of years ago opened up a rather dark interior with floor to ceiling glass windown.

We were headed to another restaraunt that turned out was shut down due to the flooding. Came here instead and was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of beer and interesting menu. And the service was excellent and friendly. The Portobello fries were great and the burger was delicious. It was also very clean, particularly since it had been closwd down for the flood earlier this year.

Our idea is so simple; itâs almost too hard to believe. A bar with great food. Me & Billy will offer a juxtaposition of equal parts comfort and style. We are choosing each element, from the back bar to the staff, to enhance a welcoming vibe each and every
Heard how great this place was- went on a Saturday night. Was busy, but greeted and seated in timely fashion. Decent food and service, nothing exceptional. Kai Ann was our waitress. Paid our bill and left--- low and behold a few days later when my bill went through my account the tip had been DOUBLED! Since I still had my receipt, I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I explained that either the waitress had changed the tip amount (theft) or it had been run through twice. She took my name and number and told me the amount would be refunded. When I asked what her name was... it was the very same waitress that had originally waited on us. (whether or not she was manager I don't know). Needless to say I never got a return call or my "extra" tip money back- despite her saying she would. It's not the amount of the money that really matters---- it's the principal- they ran my credit card for more than what I had approved. And if that is how the "management" is,,,, I definitely won't be back- says a lot about a business. I would say if you are going there- double check your receipt and your debit/credit card once it goes through for waitresses wanting a better tip than what they deserve. To me it's theft!!Hello! While I'm very sorry this situation happened, and this review is so difficult to read for me and our team, I'm glad you reached out. We've been trying to contact you to rectify this situation. I'm not sure if your phone number was copied down wrong or why you didn't receive our return calls/messages, but we need a little more information from you to complete the refund transaction. If you can contact the owner directly through [email protected] or 563-639-9536, we can make this right. It was a simple mistake that went very wrong! Again, I am so sorry this happened.

We stopped in to try the beer and have a snack. We had the fried soft pretzels, which were fine. Got a flight of their beers. Nothing that we liked enough to order a pint and some were really not good. Service was ok. Atmosphere was okay. Just nothing here that really impressed us like some other places in the area.
