This restaurant is located on one of the hilltops that constitute the Parque Natural da Serra D'Aire e Candeeiros.It is run a by an association that aims to protect both the environment and culture of this region and to recover antique local traditions.We went for lunch on a Sunday, and the place was quite busy. Fortunately, we called before to book a table. Surprisingly, half of the patrons were foreigners.The menu is made of local dishes, using local ingredients. We had the "galo", "cabrito" and "bacalhau". Portions were huge and food very tasty.We had the house white wine "Terra Cha", which not being excellent, offers a good value for money. Service is very friendly: we witnessed how the waiters did not hesitate to bring raw ingredients from the kitchen, to better illustrate the dishes to foreigners.Thank you for the preference. You are always welcome.

Comida 5 estrelas, preÃ§o super acessÃvel, doses MUITO bem servidas... estou cheia de saudades do belo do bitoque... fiquei muito bem impressionada com a francesinha, os bolos que eu mais gosto estÃ£o sempre lÃ¡ Ã¡ minha espera e no natal hÃ¡ sempre iguarias deliciosas para levar para casa! 5estrelas!
