It is a craft brewery where you can enjoy the best styles of beer runs own brand. Nice atmosphere, good music, videos and share with friends or family. You can accompany our beers, with chopped cold cuts, pickles and cheeses, or a Piedmontese eggplant, or

Maria Castaña is the traditional cafe (and meeting place) in Esquel. God coffee, drinks, and light food. Most important, it is open when many other eating paces are closed, so it really solves your problem when you want to dine early (that's before 8 PM by Argentina's standards).

I went there about 3 times, the atmosphere was good and prices were reasonable. The menu was ok, I think 'tostados' and cappuccinos may be their best features, not a big fan of their burgers.

Ate dinner here on second night in town after having had a drink here on first night. Has style and decor of British pub that is moderately trendy. Staff pleasant and smiley but service was slow and even absent at times. Saw our main courses left on counter to go cold while waitress still hadn't cleared first course. That said, food was pretty good - better than we had at two establishments rated higher on TA. Atmosphere is quite buzzy. Worth a go.

Ate here for lunch with a group while passing through Esquel. I had the lasagna which was good with a large portion. Other pasta dishes which were ordered by the group were also large and everyone seemed to enjoy them. Others ordered pizza. Service was good.

Friendly staff, music was intrusive, pizza was cold as if it had been frozen and not heated up properly. As I said, the staff were friendly.

I had some kind of triple-decker cheese sandwich (with four kinds of cheese), and it was massive. Tasty, though, and reasonably priced at something like $150 Arg. Pesos. I also tried some of the local beer (can't remember which, now), and it was great. I definitely recommend grabbing una cerveza here if not some food as well. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively (after 10pm, of course). Indoor and outdoor seating as well.

I had the pastel del dÃa (sort of shepherd pie) and it was abundant and yummy. They craft their own beers and cater a number of other Argentinian beers. I loved their red beer and spent a nice evening there. The place is closed on Wednesdays. One main dishes is around USD 13, a pint of their beer is about USD 5. There is a USD 1+ service charge per person.
