I often go to Resilience Caffè to have a drink, aperitivo or just a hot tea whe it is cold outside.I do reccomend it because the food and drinks are delicious and also the place itself is amazing.

Piadina excellent (wrap usually hot with various fillings - we sample smoked ham and gorgonzola), lots of people stop in for early evening cocktails after the tourist crush has left. Fully recommend their cocktails You might struggle for a table at lunchtime or when the boats dock as it is immediately in front of the walk to the boat departure point. Pay inside and try to avoid the temptation of their delicious ice cream or cakes

This has outdoor seating by the water, if you can handle the techno music. The wine selection by the glass was decent as was the beer selection. They had many kinds of pizza and focaccia on the menu, strangely all other items were crossed out. We got a pizza Capri (sliced tomatoes and cheese), the topping was decent but the crust was awful, like something they pulled from the freezer. We would not return.

Ate at this restaurant on our last night in Italy â We were absolutely devastated we only found this hidden gem before we left as it was our favourite meal on our entire trip to Italy.. and Europe. The food is absolutely incredible, reasonably priced and tasty. We had polenta with blue cheese (Amazing) and pasta with mushrooms. Both incredible. We then had the goulash and sausages with baked beans. Dessert we had the rum cake and caramel panacotta. The real standout was the polenta with blue cheese and sausages with baked beans. The service was also really attentive, with the waiter extremely friendly and hospitable. Would recommend to everyone.

This classic family owned Italian shop is a must see when visiting Portovenere! The owners, Cinzia and Michele are so warm and welcoming and make you feel like home. The staff members (Francesca, Antonio, Alejandra) are all awesome too. They have amazing recommendations on what Italian specialties to try and cater to you to really make sure you are experiencing the authentic Italian lifestyle. Location is amazing as it is right on the water, steps away from the beach! Local people from the town all stop by and eat here, so you know itâs good. Highly recommend, made my trip!
