This place has a good atmosphere and lots of seating. Good amounts of tv's and nice servers.Our first 2 pints came and were flat, it happens, we get it. We have both worked in the biz so we aren't oblivious to these possibilities. After waiting 15 min for the server to come back to take our food order, we told her about the flat beer and we ordered a different beer and they also came to the table flat as well.....which was strange as it was a different keg. Then our burgers came, fairly quick i must say, and they were obscenely small. Done in 3-4 bites....for the money we paid we expected a bit more than a tiny burger. We left hungry, which kinda sucked. Probably wont go back there unless it is for mixed drinks and sports.

We really kind of stumbled upon this place just wandering about while deciding where to eat... The atmosphere is cozy and the smells were great... so we stayed. We tried out the patio which was admittedly a bit raucous whenever the motorcycles went by... but Port Perry has bikes. The service was second to none. Friendly, smiling, pleasant and eager to please, extras on the side without a wink of hesitation. Special dietary requests, no problem. Prices were a bit high, but its a pretty prime spot. Our table had 2 fish and chips, 2 salmon and a burger plate. Everyone was happy, and the fry portions were generous. Taste was very good. If we are in the neighborhood again I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The huge anchor on the back patio is a great distraction.

The food was the absolute worst Iâve had in a long time. The artichoke dip was a soupy mess and the lobster mac and cheese tasted absolutely awful with a strong fishy taste. The manager was accommodating but the initial waitress serving us was lukewarm. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went here with the family and we all really enjoyed our meals. I had their signature burger which was very tasty and unique with goat cheese and crispy onions. The kids enjoyed their burgers and wings too and the kids meals were plentiful for the cost. We would go back.

We love it here! And we love Andrew the bartender! So nice to talk to and makes amazing drinks! The patio is killer, such beautiful views. We had the crab dip and french onion soup as appys and the reuben and beef dip sandwiches for our entrees. All were sooooooo good. The food here is incredible. Our server was very accommodating as well. We saw a table open up in the shade and she let us switch right away. We will be back probably a million times this summer. See you soon!!

I stopped in for some golf yesterday and I couldn't believe the differences from last year. The entire clubhouse has been renovated and the new chef is excellent - but still great value too. The course is in great shape and the prices are very reasonable. The new management team is friendly and professional and has clearly been putting in the time to make Sunny Brea an excellent venue.Thanks so much for taking the time to review the new Sunnybrae Cafe & Patio, at Sunnybrae Golf Club. Great restaurant / pub on the main drag in Port. Had the opportunity to sample their seasonal special of flat bread with fiddleheads, very tasty. Ordered off the daily special menu and had the Mediterranean Linguini consisting of chicken meatballs, feta, tomato and a whole bunch of other goodness. Very tasty. Staff are super friendly and parking is easy, either on the street or in the back.

We visited the Smokehouse mid-afternoon on a Saturday. The restaurant has two sides, one door for eat in andone for take out. Their was a line for take out, but we were the only ones eating in when we arrived (it did get much busier by the time we left) We tried the house lager beer, the brisket meat platter and a side of pulled pork. The house lager was a good deal at $5/pint. Itâs not the most flavourful beer but I really liked it. Our brisket plate can with fries , potato salad and baked beans. All the sides were well prepared and tasty. The brisket was the true star and was probably the best brisket I have ever had a a restaurant. It was tender and smoky but still had a great beef taste. The pulled pork was just ok to me. It was tender and cooked well, but the seasoning just wasnât to my taste. The portions were all large and a good value. The atmosphere is a little lacking, but overall a great spot in port Perry!
