We did not stay at the hotel but were with a group of about 14 people. We went to a nearby establishment who could not accommodate us. We headed across the street & found a new, large bar with a large table that could accommodate us. We ordered several different drinks & were able to socialize casually in a fun atmosphere. The waiter was good & so were the drinks.

Serving up super fresh beers brewed both on-site and at our downtown pub, bomb sandwiches & snacks from our in-house bakery, and packaged beer to-go in a variety of forms. Enjoy stunning views of Mary's Peak in an environment that showcases our beer and t
We went on a Saturday. Great weather and so there was outdoor seating. This is a brewery/pub making perfectly good Oregon beer. Hamburgers and mini nachos were split and the 4 orders plus 4 beers came to 50.00. Saw some old friends, very mellow in the late afternoon. A much needed addition to e Corvallis scene.

Craft Distillery in Corvallis, Oregon Specializing in Small Batch Spirits, specialty cocktails and tasty food!
It's seems that everyone is making alcohol nowadays, so it's nice to have many choices in the local area. This is my least favorite in the Corvallis area. The location is modern and shiny, plus you definitely get the positive veteran vibe. Wait staff is a little stand-offish, but polite. Food offerings were okay. Biggest disappointment for me were the spirits themselves. Nothing struck a chord with me. The whiskeys were okay, but none of my party or myself bought any bottles to take home.Thank you for coming to visit us! Would you mind expanding a little more on your experience? Was it the spirits alone, the size of pour, the presentation or price? We strive to really hear our customers and make improvements based on feedback if possible. Since this is something we haven't heard before, we would like to hear more about it enable to resolve any future issues. Please feel free to reach out to myself (Shanan) or Sarah at 541-368-3195. Thank you again.

I continue my McMenamins adventure. This restaurant features a cabin as a bar and lots of sinks for decoration on the walls. With two level this is perfect for parties and college town nights. I had my usual burger and as always perfect in every way for me. Also this month has burgers as specials make sure you come week to week to taste different varieties. The service is always good and friendly. The cider pomegranate was excellent if you love cider. I would come here again but I have to finish my passport first. Note: make sure to bring you passport to stamp. Parking available in the street and is metered.

Went here because the online menu speaks of GF substitutes. When we went there the menu had changed and the only GF option is to wrap it in lettuce. The waitress was mostly clueless. The burger was good (even in lettuce). The tamales had good maiza but the filling was dry and tasteless. The chile was fine but in short supply. The tortilla chips, however, were fresh and delicious. We didnât try the brews.Since we are tourists and this town has much better offerings, we wonât be back.

Visit Caves Bier and Kitchen and enjoy Corvallis' largest selection of draft and bottled beer from around the world, alongside artisanal pub fare served in a cozy atmosphere. We serve creative, farm-fresh food prepared from scratch, charcuterie and snacks
Went here on a Sunday lunchtime in search of a drink and something to eat, without knowing what to expect. They have an incredible selection of bottled beer from around the world although, curiously, there was nothing from Canada, and many of the better beers from the Pacific Northwest weren't represented. The draught selection is good, but more limited. The emphasis seems to be on high-alcohol-content beers. I had a burger and fries with the meal - the burger was OK, but the fries were soggy and flaccid - they broke when they were picked up.

Just know when go eat here that they only take cash or a check. No credit or debit cards. Having said that, the food was really good, service was good and loved the atmosphere. Itâs a small, casual place. Between us, we had the squirrel burger and the salmon burger. They were both excellent, and so was the pasta salad. prices were great. We will be back!

Love the energy here. Check out the rooftop. Lots of seating options. Good pub food and strong craft beer selections. Family friendly too.Aww, thanks! Nothing like a place to kick back, enjoy the beautiful outdoors (up high!) and a pint! I'll be sure to mention your comments to the staff! It's a fun place to work and I'm glad the good energy is flowin'!

The beer selection here is unbelievable. Posted on the wall and they'll allow a sample prior to ordering. The food was excellent. The Charcuterie platter of Meats, Cheeses and Vegetables was particularly good. Outside seating allows well behaved dogs. Definitely a great addition to the midvalley.

Ok, so their name includes "taphouse" they do that very well. 31 or so with something for everyone. Beer, Cider, Wine. reasonable prices on the beers. Food is uninspired pub fare. Not bad, but nothing exceptional. If you are not there for the drink, there are better places to spend your money. The drink makes it worth while. Decent service. Location is in a strip mall with lots of parking.
