Paralimni (Greek: Παραλίμνι) is a town situated in the southeast of Cyprus, slightly inland, within the Famagusta District. Since the 1974 Turkish invasion of Cyprus, it has increased in size and status, due to the migration of many refugees fleeing from the north. Many of the people who work in the tourist industry of Protaras and Ayia Napa live in Paralimni, which is now the temporary administrative centre of the Famagusta District and the biggest municipality of the Greek Cypriot-controlled area of the district.

The staff were all very friendly, and the venue itself is located at the heart of Ayia Napa. The shisha and cocktails were excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. We visited Garyâs most days and always enjoyed it. We experienced a lot of unhappy staff in Ayia Napa that werenât very friendly but all of the staff here were really nice and happy to speak to you. The two girls that were on during the day always stopped to talk to us and were lovely. Food was always very nice and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere nice to sit and have some good/drink just away from the loud bars and clubs. Thank you all at Garyâs!

5 of us went awalk into Penera one evening and seeing that they did bottled real ales fought we would stop and try it out.It was very quiet and the bottled ale a bit more expensive that the local beer,its a pleasant little bar with friendly staff we enjoyed our stay here

We went here twice - once to watch the Welsh football and then we went back for breakfast another time. The owner and staff were very friendly.For the footie; they set up a couple of tables for us (we were a party of 12) with a perfect view of the TV. The service was great - with regular refills during the evening.For the breakfast; it was nice, and well priced.Would definitely recommend for the sport on the TV and the good service.

We visited twice during our week and all 3 of us had the Jumbo pork chop..on the second visit 1 of us had the chicken curry. Wow the pork chop for 10.50 euro was huge and cooked really well, it tasted delicious. The service was a little slow on the first visit but quicker on the second, the staff were polite and friendly. I would have liked to have seen a few more traditional dishes on the menu though as i could have visited a third time. I would definitely recommend!

Despite some decent reviews we found this restaurant was awful.We ordered a seafood pizza and calamari.The calamari was ok but the batter was insipid and undercooked, the pizza was so dried out it was inedible.When we payed the bill they did have the decency to not charge us for the pizza.Much better places close by to eat.

After a long journey we arrived at our hotel just needing food. we went with low expectations but wow. The fish meze was to die for...we nearly couldn't finish it. prawns mussels and the most delicious fragrant sea bream. We've already decided it will be our last meal here. What a Gem.

Lovely bar.Great staff.Lovely food and possibly the best value for money.Had a great meal there with my wife and was definitely the cheapest night out we had.Most places we spent â¬60.00 eating and drinking but here we spent less than â¬45.00 and got so much more for our money.Will be back again next year.

Mojitos is used by the ex-pat crowd for occasional Sunday breakfasts. We were invited to join them which made 14 of us which in itself must be some sort of recommendation. There is a range of dishes from traditional fry up to healthy eating. Can recommend the full English and the eggs bacon and black pudding on bubble and squeak. Large portions at very reasonable prices. Whatâs not to like. Go & enjoy. Would eat here again.
