Olive Branch is a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee, and is part of the Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area, a region that consists of three counties in southwest Tennessee, five counties in northwest Mississippi, and two counties in eastern Arkansas. From 1990 to 2010 Olive Branch was the fastest growing city in the United States, with a growth rate of 838%. Along with other rapidly growing suburbs in DeSoto County, Olive Branch attributes most of its growth and development to the exodus of large numbers of middle-class families from central Memphis.

While a smaller, more local chain than Longhorn, the atmosphere and menu is similar.Food was properly prepared and our server and the staff were friendly and helpful. Full bar and numerous beers to choose from.My main course arrived before my salad which was a bit odd, but did not diminish the meal in total.

Honestly, a co-worker and I went here on a Wednesday for the free pie. The service was extremely slow and the food was somewhere between below-average to average. We both got slices of the chocolate silk pie, and it was very good. The crust was flaky and the chocolate was rich. I got the prime rib sandwich with fries for my lunch entree. I ordered it cooked medium/medium rare, and it came out medium well/well. It was hot and tasty, but I didn't like the combination of bbq sauce, cheese, and grilled onions. It was too sweet - that's a personal preference, so if you like that kinda thing, don't let this deter you. My co-worker got Nashville hot chicken tenders and fries. They forgot to toss the tenders in the hot sauce, so they brought his naked tenders back and half-way tossed them and brought them back out. Lackluster lunch experience for him, needless to say. I'm not really sure what to say about this O'Charley's - it's definitely missing something when it comes to customer service. If they could get that figured out, it'd be a good place to eat.

We've been to a few of these but always had chicken with the Buffalo wings sauces. This time we were adventurous and had a Chicken Salad and a Wrap. Mistake. Wrap was average, the Salad poor, the 40 minutes wait didn't help any. The waitress was the only bright spot in the visit and brought the rating up to average - well done Laura-Beth.

Went to eat got seated and service and while eating we saw 4 other couples come and go due to the fact that no one nor a hostess was there to seat them and the place wasnât even packed it was more empty than anything so we talked to manager bout this and she finally got a hostess to stand the door but by then they lost money but as far as our dinner it was fairly good the cheese sticks were on the slightly over cooked side we also had more dressing than salad but the pasta plate and bourbon steak were just great

We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised. We've been here for the bad, but tonight was really good. Great service thanks to Ms. Adrian, who makes a great peach Rita, and ms. Lexie who knocks the rest out the ballpark! Have a problem? Ms. Brenda will take care of it. Don't leave mad, just ask for Ms Brenda.
