Bartender was a woman with long brown curly hair who made 2 sangrias and who kept mentioning while I sat for a mere 15 minutes on my last night to have a drink before I start chemotherapy medication how much she wants to go home and how she wasnât happy and never provided a drink menu or asked about anything and rushed me to where I took maybe 2 sips and my friend drank half of hers and paid the bill and left but it would have been nice to have been served a gluten free cocktail or a server who smiled and explained what was in the drink and asked if it was good and if anything was wrong I gusss maybe next time I wonât choose a Saturday night and will try a different 99 as I love the appetizers the soups and used to remember them having the best drinks after work but this sangria was sour dark cloudy and definitely not fruity and not sure how it was made I will always love the 99 for many reasons but the Tewksbury location had provided a bad experience for me personallyHello - This is the 99 Restaurantsâ Guest Relations Department. Went dec26 at aprox 6pm hostess said aprox 20 min was more like 45min we said 4 adults 2 children 1 high vhair we were seated in a raised booth very tight after a bit we asked to be moved they accomidated ! We put order in waitress brings apps very fast& drinks but wrong??? we order & she forgets my 4 yr old grandsons food we are all almost done his food comes out burnt. She is to busy as we can see her talking in the kitchen we order 2 more drinks 20 min pass we get hostess she retrives them frozen margarita is melted said no salt but salt !She comes over trys to joke with usnot funny it was a birthday dinner for my hubby &I which she is aware of !she brings empty cups for baby 1yr old to play with as he is fussy ! She knows we are pissed have to ask for water & more napkins she again is to busy talking then she comes with wait staff they sing happy birthday with 2 childrens icecream not impressed she says there on the house the asks us to do a survey & be nice as she will get in trouble if not good my husband is neither if it were me it would have been all F ! She saw what he put & said I will get yelled at for that he said oh well ! I use to like going there never again they didn't care !Dirty bathroom as well.We're sorry to hear that your recent experience was not as good as it should have been. We want to make this right. The Brick house has a pretty extensive menu. Pizza, sandwiches, calzones , chili etc. something for everyone. Homemade chicken salad is delicious! Great big place - you can sit outside or insideThere is even a room upstairs for private parties/meetings. Noise level is a bit loud inside, big screen TVs alll around. A great place to watch our home teams!

My wife and I went to the Lowell, MA 99 restaurant for dinner on Friday. We arrived about 6:30 PM, I was surprised there was no line to be seated. Even so, the parking lot was full and the bar was fully occupied, but we got a booth right away. Our server came right over, took our beverage orders and was back in a flash with these and our popcorn bowl (we actually finished off two). If I were going to complain about anything I might propose (with no objective basis, mind you) that the cocktail glasses seemed smaller than I am used to seeing at other restaurants. We ordered off the "9 Real Size Entrees for $9.99" selection, my wife had the New England Fried Shrimp. She was surprised that she had plenty of shrimp and not so many fries - usually the other way around. I had the Country Fried Chicken which came with mashed potatoes, my choice of broccoli (cooked to perfection) a biscuit and country gravy (which, if you don't know, is white). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Maybe the 99 can offer these meals at a lower price because as delicious as they were, we had no leftovers, which we usually have when we go out. Nevertheless, let me reiterate, the food was delicious, our server was totally personable and attentive.One more thing I might add. Maybe because we went on a hot and humid day; it was freezing inside. We will definitely go back, our dining experience was just fine.

I usually enjoy Garrisons but this evening I ordered their Lobster Roll which was $22. I understand that currently lobsters are not at their lowest price right now but what arrived in front of me looked like one from McDonalds. It was so small that it was laughable. I returned it to the kitchen. Funny thing is McDonalds is not very far from Garrisons.Skip that Lobster Roll.

I live right down the street and visit here often. Great bar, great restaurant in an historic building, and right across from City Hall in downtown Lowell. The menu is updated to be fresh always, with the flourish of traditional fare like fresh oysters from great beds all over the northeast. (Buck a shuck on Tuesdays, too!). The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the attention to service is notable from the front of the house right through to the bar-backs. Brunch comes with live music. The burgers are sublime. You just can't go wrong here.

It was a difficult decision but it is pretty good pub food. Steak tips were cooked perfectly and tasty too. Chicken tenders were very tender. There are few other items on the menu that we want to try so on our next trip in the area we will be back

PROs--good wines and priced reasonably well-very good prices-tasty food- Fish & Chips - the fish was excellent- french fries were mushy & soft-lots of parkingCONs-server needs help - she seemed confused... example, she put the appetizers at the end of the table where no one was sitting... a bit silly-she made multiple trips to our table and took forever to pick up dirty empty appetizer plates-hardly anyone smiled- they seemed stressed out and not friendly (including hostess)-more of a bar scene and lights were way too bright-music way too loud and difficult to make conversation with our guests-should have more local seafood choices- so close to Boston- should offer Fried Clams with bellys, lobster, etc...We're sorry that you did not have the best experience and would like to have our general manager reach out to you directly.
