We ended up visiting 3 times in one week with family and friends here at the Edelweiss restaurant because it was such delicious and quality food, presented beautifully and with 1st class customer service every time. The famous Le Fou burger is legendary and the brownie is the best in the Alps! Iâd recommend to anyone visiting with friends, families or even just a takeaway - we even tried this which was so easy and extremely tasty! Thank you Sarah and Filip for enhancing our holiday. I'm not normally that keen on Italian but this is different. Not cheap but very serious good cooking. I had what the menu called Lasagne but it was steak with 2 or 3 pieces of interleaved pasta and a fantastic sauce. Utterly delicious.
