The city proper has 90,000 inhabitants per the 2010 census [INDEC] and is the seat of government for Necochea Partido.

Pleasant atmosphere with good coffee and large portions of cake (big enough to share). I've never had a more substantial meal here, just an afternoon snack, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu.

Che Borges is well-located; it's right on the plaza in the center of town. It's a rather small café that serves simple food like sandwiches and picadas. I've had actual food there twice, and I wasn't very impressed either time (food is passable but not worth the money). I think it's a better place for a drink or a cup of coffee. They also have live music there on certain nights, which I think is nice. I think the service is más o menos.

Bien iluminado, con varias mesas en el exterior, el bar se presenta en un estilo "américa". La atmósfera es discreta si no fuera por el exceso de confianza que el dueño da a algunos de sus clientes, que parece han bebido algo de más. No comprendo porque los precios. Dos pintas de cerveza "artesanal" por 180$ me parece exagerado. Y no veo porque la camarera se tiene que llevar mi tarjeta de débito hacia adentro cuando, luego, me trae el posnet para firmar. Si es "móvil".. preferirÃa que mi tarjeta se quedara a mi lado.

Lindo lugar ubicado dentro del parque, ideal para desayunar, almorzar o cenar rodeado de naturaleza, platos abundantes y variados, buena atención y precios razonables. Abierto de corrido desde la mañana a la noche.
