Smokey was a great server and the white haired gent ensured all six of us got a table. Quesadillas were outstanding and my steak delicious (a tad overdone from medium rare.)Good ale but limited wine list. Still, better than most places in the area. Worth the stop.

We had a large group for dinner. We were seated inside in tall tables that were not ideal for this size group. It was a lovely day outside...we would have preferred to be outdoors. While service was a little slow, it was not uncomfortably so. But the food was really not good. My pulled pork was cold and very dry. No barbecue sauce was served with it. My friend's Mai Tai was undrinkable and the waitress said they can't give away drinks so she had to pay for her replacement. I would go again to be on the lake for dinner, but would not go for the food!

We had been here previously and had been pleased with the food. The shrimp appetizer was excellent of succulent fresh shrimp. Their Cobb Salad was fresh greens, small bites of chicken (not strips) with their corn salsa, bacon, blue cheese, cucumbers and tomato. My husband had the Carolina burger and it was just ok. Too well done for him. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I had the blackened salmon, which came with wild rice, squash, and zucchini. The salmon was topped with avocado salsa, and it was delicious! My sister had the mahi and my nephew had the sirloin, and we all enjoyed our meals very much. We'll definitely return!

We visited this restaurant the night before the Swim Run event at St James Lake State Park. They were happy to customize dinner for one of athletes. The food and service were both good. Lots of choices on the menu.
