We had a great time here but would have to agree with a previous poster about the drinks being watered down. The live band OMG was fantastic! One of the best local bands I have heard. Did not eat but the menu had a great variety.Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it! Come back and see us again!

I was in town on business and since the Jayhawks were playing, I figured I'd leave the hotel and catch a game with the local crowd. Initially I went to Buffalo Wild Wings but the wait to get in was insane so I went with option B. I'm very happy that I did. There was a good crowd but nothing close to BWW. Sat down immediately and a couple of locals saw that I was there alone and immediately sparked up friendly conversation. I ended up watching the KU game and enjoying a couple of beers and an amazing burger with a local family. Waitress was great, food was great, prices were very reasonable and it was a great environment. I would definitely come back.

We showed up around 4:00pm with my daughter's softball team. Yes, there were approximately 30 of us, but the place was dead and we had a whole 2 hours to eat. Upon arrival, the manager was visibly unhappy to see us. She let out several sighs and indicated no one informed her there was going to be a tournament in town that weekend. Her attitude was AWFUL. We should have walked out, but gave them a chance anyway. The atmosphere was fine and the waitress did as well as she could considering she had little to no help. The kitchen was horribly slow. Some of the girls had to take their food to go because they weren't served in the 2 hour window. The food was mediocre at best. We have several tournaments near this restaurant over the next several months, but they won't get our business again.Dear Momma_Hick,Read your AWFUL review. I'm sorry you had such a bad expierence in the past.By the way, Madrocks is under new ownership (2018) and hopefully i've made the adjustments to address your issues in the past.If you ever want to give us a try again, please stop by and ask for me.
