In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
We had missed a flight due to a snowstorm and a bad driver getting us to the airport so we had lots of time. We were told there was a 15 minute wait which seemed to be accurate. We were not overly hungry so ordered a platter with wings, backed potatoe, cheese sticks and pot stickers. The service was good, prices reasonable, however the wings were luke warm. I complained after paying the bill and the waitress stated she could have taken it off the bill. I declined but this is always a good sign of a professional resturant. Only thing the waitress missed was not asking if e erything was O.K after we got the order.

You can get a beer in this place for $4. That is unheard of in an airport. I didn't eat but others in the place appeared to have very good food. Again, $4 for a craft beer. Amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the catchy name would be above an average restaurant. The service from hostess to servers, etc was very fast and friendly. Our table ordered four different meals. All were prepared and delivered quickly, good portions and great tasting. Server kept in touch with us frequently but wasnât overbearing. Drink refills were handled quickly. A good restaurant.

Visited there today. New Menu, but very, very limited. I ordered a California Cobb salad with chicken. It was mostly greens, my wife ordered the chicken fajita wrap with a side salad, it was mostly greens.Based on this experience we not plan to return. I was told NPL no longer owns the restaurant/bar.

This place served a serious and tasty hamburger ( like fun guy , mushrooms and onion ) fresh off the grill. Also fresh guacamole with hot fresh fried chips. ( really superb combination ) The go to place in Pittsburgh for a frequent travel like myself. Service always good

We arrived at about 3:30 on a Tuesday and they were moderately busy. Excellent menu with lot's of choices. Also available is a daily special. We both chose the special which was turkey devonshire and a turkey wrap. Both very good, about $10 and came with a brownie bite for desert. We saw a fish sandwich deluvered to another patron and it appeared to be hot and cooked just right. Served with fries. Many types of salad and sandwiches to choose from.

My nearby hotel restaurant was closed and decided to hit this place up rather than the many chains in the area. I took a seat in the Small and cozy bar area. Staff and service was great. I ordered the boneless wings with the standard âhotâ sauce along with a half order of fries. The boneless wings were excellent - fresh, hot, crispy and just a light hint of breading. They were brought out in a tray covered in sauce. I would have preferred the heat of the sauce to be a bit higher but now I know. Fries were OK - definitely fresh and reminded me a bit of In-N-Out. Overall I would definitely hit this place again in the future for a quick meal.

We went here for dinner, and enjoyed our stay. The place is deceptively large, with several areas. The bar area was a good atmosphere. They had a very good beer selection, and a decent menu. I ordered a grilled chicken dinner; it was tender, very tasty, and a very large portion. Our server was also very good and efficient. Overall, a great place for a meal...and/or a beer!Thank You!

Long-running Pittsburgh-born chain known for sandwiches piled high with coleslaw & french fries.
Now that Primanti Brothers is a larger chain, I just can't seem to get excited about it. This location by the airport is really nothing more than a "typical" fast casual restaurant....Applebee's, Chili's, TGIF, Primanti Bros...........Having said that, becasue we were in the area, I've been here twice (once to eat in, once as carry out), and I can't help but think there's "something" missing with the sandwich...some kind of flavoring or something added to keep the sandwiches from tasting realtively bland. With this now no longer a unique experience, and OK sandwiches, I'm not in any hurry to return (to any location...not specific to this place). On the positive end, for the takeout expeirence, we ordered online, and picked it up, and this worked out very well.Hi Matt, Thanks for the feedback. Getting you the best Primanti Bros. food and customer service is our priority. Could you please email your name, contact information, and a link to this review to [email protected] so that we can work to correct this?
