I liked the decor and the pub. Potatoes skins were good. Our waitress seems slow and when we asked questions about entertainment and events, she was surprisingly unhelpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.I will try again.

We decided to go to the Hub City Pub on a Sunday at lunchtime. I ordered the Classic burger with fries, the price was $11 for this dish. The classic comes with onion, lettuce, pickles and tomato... there was ketchup, mustard and relish on the table which I added myself. The burger was well cooked, you could tell a homemade patty and the fries were delicious and were seasoned with salt & pepper. The Caesars were half priced and we each had one, also delicious. The Irish also had a burger with house salad and also enjoyed his very much. The waiter was excellent, checked in on us and was very nice. It was a great choice for this Sunday outing!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunch on March 15, 2019. The Bacon Wrapped Mac & Cheese is to die for. My husband loved his ribs and I thoroughly enjoyed my dish of tortilla chips, breaded chicken, veggies, ranch dill tip, salsa and sour cream. It was our second visit and we enjoyed the ribs so much on the first visit that we decided to return. Service was excellent, staff pleasant, and ambiance very agreeable.

Had a quick dinner here on the way through Moncton. I had the fish tacos and salad. That was yummy. Nearly froze to death under the air vent though!

The first time I ate here, I was really disappointed. This time was much better. The music is still much too loud for a lunch visit when there is only 3 tables and the service is still just OK, but the food is great.I had a terriakyi salmon bento box. Full of flavour.I wouldn't bring clients here as it's way too loud to talk. I'd come again by myself or with some friends.

The Tide & Boar really sets the standard for "Gastropubs" in the maritimes. The menu is small enough to ensure great quality, while still offering many great options, all in a tremendous atmosphere (5/5).We sat at the bar and got lighting fast service from bartender, server, and kitchen (5/5).We ordered some cocktails and a few pints from a great selection of beer along with the Vegan Big Mac. The burger was quinoa based, and while the patty was little mushy, the taste was fantastic (4/5)!

The good-beautiful decor inside, nice patio outdoors, friendly attentive staff, tasty food, clean bathrooms. Not really bad but noticeable-the burgers are small for the price. I got mine without the bun and I have to say my first reaction was âI think they forgot something.â It was well hidden under the small tomato slice and lettuce. What was there was delicious though. Maybe I am used to oversized food in the USA. Oh and one more thing...there are no questions for how you want it cooked. Medium well. Iâd go back and order something different next time. Thank you for the great 4-star review. The next time you are in the restaurant please ask for me as I would love the opportunity to introduce myself in person, and find you a menu item I am sure you will love.
