My mom, neighbor, and I ate here for lunch in early August around 11:30am. There werenât too many people inside. During our meal, the restaurant quickly filled with people for the lunch rush. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly and polite. She was attentive with refills and came back to check on us frequently. We started off with the fried pickles appetizer (panko encrusted, garlic & kosher salt brined in house) with sriracha infused buttermilk ranch dressing. There were four to an order. The pickles were pretty big. I loved the batter. It was tasty and crunchy. The dressing paired perfect with the pickles. For our entrees, my neighbor ordered the scallop and jumbo lump crab grilled caesar salad (scallops, jumbo lump crab meat, grilled heart of romaine, crouton, parm cheese, lemon, caesar dressing). She loved the salad. There was more crab meat than scallops. Everything was fresh. I ordered the chicken BLT sandwich (ciabatta, sweet & spicy dry rubbed chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, havarti, applewood smoked bacon, mayo) with homemade Old Bay chips. The Old Bay chips were really good. They were crispy and fresh. The sandwich was good, but I wish the chicken and fixings filled out the bread more. Both ends of each sandwich had nothing on them. There was only one small strip of bacon. The chicken was seasoned well and the toppings were fresh. My mom ordered the cranberry almond chicken salad sliders (potato roll, chicken breast, craisins, mayo, toasted almonds, baby spinach, red onion) with fries. She enjoyed them. The fries were crispy and piping hot and sprinkled with Old Bay. The chicken salad didnât have a ton of mayo in it like most do. The rolls were fresh, as were the spinach and onions. She would order them again. My neighbor and mom split the coconut Smith Island cake. They liked the frosting and coconut but felt the cake part was dry.I would return to this restaurant. Iâve been twice for lunch and enjoyed my meal. I came once for dinner and did not have that great of an experience. Iâd like to come back for lunch and try some of their specials.

Friend invited me last night for my first visit, I was hopeful, even though their sister chain is average. wonderful ambiance, nice hostess and waitress... and from there it goes downhill, nice warm homemade bread, ok still a chance. Wanted Prime rib, nope only medium and well offered, ok I'll do the filet... well it came reasonably cooked asparagus, potatoes were far from homemade (would have been better off microwaving some), Filet was to be medium rare, mostly rare and grisly.. yes a grisly filet :( not to mention it literally started to make me sick before I even left, so I'm not sure the meals others have had on here, but I will not be going back. I am a planner and have eaten and served from restaurants here and across the globe, and this restaurant for its set-up deserves a chef, not a cook.. soo sad, top 5 worst meals I've ever had. Even outback serves a better steak.

I ordered the pulled pork plate with fries and hush puppies. Although the pulled pork was really meaty, it had that consistency that results from being on a steam table. The hush puppies were not home made and really not that good. The seasoned fries were ok with the Parmesan cheese on them but I also suspect they were out of a bag prior to being seasoned.I am obviously missing something because all the reviews are really good but I don't get it. By the way, do not fall for sitting outside. The flies will absolutely drive you crazy.Sorry you didn't have a good time, John. On the day you were sitting outside, I paid the flies a lot of money to attack you.

$30 for two hamburgers, without drinks. Granted, the burgers arrived quickly and were good. I didn't however appreciate the substantial up-charge for a side substitution. Waiter was young and distracted -- perhaps contributing to why we were not alerted at the time of placing our order, and prior to the sticker shock. Some menu items were surprisingly pricey, yet decor was tired; table and menus were sticky; bathroom was less than clean (nor did the server who shared it with me wash his hands, ugh!). Unsure we'd want to return anytime soon.

Went to The Severna Taphouse for lunch. The menu was rather large with lots of "taproom" options. We went for the Philly cheesesteak, which is a rather universal restaurant option. The bun was great and the sandwich was large. My impression was that there were a lot better choices on the menu that the taproom cook would rather serve up. The "steak" was dry and not very tasty. The fries were--well, OK but not special in any way. Service was uninspired as the waitress seemed busy elsewhere. Both ketchup bottles were just about empty as we had to get up and try those from other tables around us. My coke was served in a small glass with ice and no refill offered. The whole experience was not what I would expect on a less than busy Thursday afternoon. They seem to like bar customers who come for the beer and televised games rather than the food and service. In fact, the staff seemed to like the afternoon fare and were more interested in TV than us. This could be a real gem, but in my experience, it needs a management transplant.

Traditional Irish Pub and Restaurant with a menu to feature classic Irish Fare, mixed with contemporary favorites like our corned beef poppers. We also have vegetarian, and gluten free options. Our chef chooses fresh local ingredients, as well as hand cut
The corned beef poppers are an appetizer....basically deep-fried corned beef balls served with a side of lemon flavored dipping sauce. We couldn't believe how tender the corned beef was.We had a party of 6 and had a great overall experience. Our only complaint was the server took forever to bring our bill (and it wasn't that busy).Thank you for the stellar review! I appreciate you being so kind in your praise, even though we dropped the ball on the payment processing-so sorry about that. I will be sure to share the praise, as well as the constructive feedback with our team. We truly appreciate your time in giving us your review, and hope to be serving you again soon. Slainte!

Excellent food and service! We made a reservation for 14 humans with tons of kids. Are kids were a little crazy running around and getting in the servers way despite our best efforts to control them. Chloe was our server and did an excellent job! Very positive, pleasent, and efficient dispite the ensueing chaos around her. I noticed a team environment with the staff, and management visitited our table often. My hanger steak was over cooked and before I could even say anyrhing, the staff told me the chefs were already cooking me another one! What a solid customer service manuver! Everyone enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere and we canât wait for our next visit. Keep up the good work!

This a fantastic place! Their drinks are awesome and the happy hour can't be beat. $2.25 drafts and not just domestics. Great tap selection with many local brews. $2.25 for two tacos and other good food. We moved away from Millersville, but will always stop when we visit the area!

We went for a birthday celebration. Had a great server in the dining room, very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone loved their food. The crab cakes are awesome as well as the Gyro platter. I had the liver and onions( I know, not everyone's cup of tea). While good the liver was over cooked. But there were three large pieces of meat, I could not even finish one slice. We got three desserts, cheesecake, death by chocolate cake and tiramisu cake. All were great. We stopped by the lounge on our way in for a pre-dinner drink, was a lively crowd and the appetizers we saw people eating looked great. Bar staff was very nice as well.

Very disappointed in the waitstaff, specifically with a woman named Karen. I am sitting next to an elderly couple where she was completely unprofessional and rude. There are only 6 people in the restaurant and she was absorbed with talking to a waitstaff where the elderly couple needed to yell out her name so that they could get their check. She yelled back that it would be a minute. Regardless, customer service should be paramount, and unfortunately, the restaurant lacks just that.Hello Margery, We understand your concerns, but the couple you refer to are regulars and enjoy to banter back and forth with the server. Karen is actually one of there favorites here at Libations and when they found out about this review were upset that Karen would get in trouble. Thank You, Philip
