Family run Spanish restaurant with beautiful views of the Bay of Mazarron. Wide range of choices on A La Carte Menu which didn't look too expensive, and Menu del Dia at â¬10.00 included drinks, bread & salad, starter, main course and either dessert or coffee. We had nice fresh salad, then one starter of empanadas/croquetas and one of really tender, deep fried squid, after which we both chose the cod and chips garnished with peppers & onions plus home made tartare sauce: The cod was coated in some of the lightest, crispiest batter we have ever had. Desserts included the standard offerings of different kinds of cake (we both chose a very nice lemon cake), creme caramel and ice cream. A lovely lunch in very friendly surroundings - recommended! We need to return on a Tuesday when they offer a special of liver & bacon with onions!

eaten here for Sunday lunch breakfast and hot dogs brilliant. Went to the steak night on Thursday absolutely terrible worst meal ever had in camposol. Two rumps ordered medium well, both arrived outside burnt to a crisp my steak raw in middle, sent mine back returned cut up in slices but still seared on the outside but under cooked in middle, sent this back and refused another. My wives wasn't much better will never return better steak meals else were on camposol.given refund on my steak meal still cost 13.50 euros not bad for my wife to sit alone eating by her self and me I went to chippy for a bag of chipsHi i would just like to say sorry about your experience but the diner you ate in on camposol b isn't shorty's diner. Shorty's diner moved around 3 weeks ago. The diner you ate in is now called simply 'The Diner'

Cruising the mediteraneo on our motorbike we stopped of for a coffee break. The display of tapas and platos was just too much to resist. A comfortable terrace with shade if you want it. Massive car park in front. Advertising live entertainment on Sundays. Lovely spot with sea views.

Having had a steak here some 6 months ago and good memories we thought we would try again. The Steak-night at the Diner is so worth the visit both for the quality and the value. Warmly welcomed by the owner Sue. We went 2 consecutive Thursdays. We have tried the sirloin, rump and fillet steaks and all are lovely. Asked for medium/rare cooked and it was cooked spot on. The chef knows her stuff. Meatballs or duck samosas starters and the starters are changed every week. 2 courses did us but you can do 3. Well worth the visit on a Thursday
