Itâs a Lone Star so the menu and food is identical to the other Lone Star restaurants dotted around the country.Service was good and food arrived promptly. The restaurant is large, with plentiful seating.

Had an evening dinner, showed up at 8pm expecting the place to be closing like half of Masterton does, but the place was buzzing, pretty full, nice atmosphere. Service from the staff was great, and surprisingly given the number of people the wait for drinks and food was about right.Meals were delicious, I had squid for appetizer and some chicken & bacon thing for mains, both great. Only downside is they had run out of the chocolate balls they offer for dessert so had to make do with a chocolate brownie.Thank you Simon for your considered review. The staff will be pleased to hear it and that you enjoyed your visit. Hope to see you again.

Family Restaurant. You can't go past Apache Jacks in Masterton for a hearty family meal with a hint of tex-mex.

Good food, generous servings and friendly staff. A special burger, chips and beer deal on Tuesdays and 2 for 1 steaks on Thursdays. Well worth the visit but it does pay to book in advance as this is a popular place :) Thnak you for your kind and considered feedback. It will be passed onto staff.
