In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
First, the shopping village this restaurant is a part of is a nightmare. Unless you are a local, which I am not, it can be extremely confusing getting into and around the various lots, entrances, exits, one-way roads, etc. In addition, the immediate parking area for TGI Fridays is shared by a few restaurants, so parking spots can be at a premium on a busy night.Once I entered, I waited in line at the door, as there was no signage as to where to go to pick up an online carry-out order. Once it was my turn, I was told I had to go to the bar for this service. I had to get directions, since the bar cannot be seen from the front entry, and I got a vague hand motion in the general direction of the bar.As I made my way to the bar, there was still no specific place to go to pick up my order. I was lucky that there was one open seat at the bar, as it was a busy Friday night. I noticed there was a bagged up order sitting behind the bar, but I had to wait my turn for bar service. As the bartender asked to take my drink order, I said that I was there for a carry-out order. She politely told me it would be a few minutes. After she took and filled a few more drink orders, she finally grabbed the bag that was already sitting there, and rang up my order. As I departed, I mentioned to the hostess that this was not an ideal process, she said that she understood, and that they used to have somebody near the hostess stand that handled these orders, but "that person recently quit". So, I guess this is a position that requires special training. The food itself was pretty good, once I got it back to my hotel. One piece of advice - don't order steak for carry-out if you don't have access to regular tableware. Their gristly steak doesn't cut well with their plastic utensils.

We come to this Applebee's fairly often for dinner. We have never had anything but great service and the food is always delicious. On most visits the Manager stops by to make certain that everything is great and if it is not, he/she takes care of it immediately.

Excellent service provided by our server Frankie! I haven't been to this restaurant for several years. I like the remodel, the atmosphere was great and the food was very good as well. Can't wait to come back for 1/2 price burger Monday again!

Burgers are good, but appetizers were very average...firecracker shrimp was doused in sauce that overwhelmed the shrimp. Mushroom toast was not impressive, sorta soggy. They have Happy Hour every day from 3 - 6 p.m., but doubt we will go back again for that. MIGHT try them again for the burgers. The wait staff was VERY friendly, but NOT efficient and we had to wait a long time for everything...drinks, food and bill.

Visited our daughter and they heard Brick and Bourbon was very good. We sat on the patio. Beautiful restaurant and patio areas. The service was excellent. We had a duck wonton appetizer, which was great, and burgers. The burgers were all big and excellent tasting, but were served well done. The server said they are all cooked medium unless requested differently and ignored the discussion. It was a shame to overcook such an excellent hamburger, but the atmosphere and service made up for it.

Best cheese curds ever and I'm from WI!! Also the breaded cauliflower is amazing too for an app. The Fish Tacos were amazing. We were in a hurry and the service was pretty bad. Food came quick but we had to hunt down our waitress to order and to pay the bill.

Visited with a large group and we had a pre selected menu. There was no vegetarian option on the group menu and I was able to choose from the main menu - although veggie options are limited to two!Service was great for a large group. Shared appetisers were plentiful. Mains were good and only one person was missed from around 30 but it was quickly rectified.

The rugged, yet romantic atmosphere is perfect for any occasion, an intimate dinner, a business lunch, drinks outside on the patio or Sunday brunch. Each location features a wood burning rotisserie and open flame grill where our signature chicken, seasona
So disappointed in the service we received sitting at the bar. Simply stated, bartender was rude and acted annoyed that we were even there. Not coming back anytime soon.

Went to Malones after recommendation from colleagues. We were seated promptly, brought menus and order taken by a friendly waitress. I ordered the fajita and my friend had a pulled pork burger. One thing to be said is the food was good but a huge portion. Price was reasonable and I'd definitely go again if visiting Maple Grove.

Typical boring, bland processed food that you can get at any other American style chain restaurant. I saw nothing exceptional about the menu or the food. This seems to be like a more expensive Perkins style restaurant. Crowded and noisy atmosphere.
