This place has a fun atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Large menu and good prices. The nachos were good and I had a Southern BLT with fried green tomatoes and a side of baked beans that were both delicious. It is on the water so you can go by boat. I would recommend for casual eats, Enjoy!

Overlooking the Madeira Bay Marina, just 2 blocks north of Johns Pass village, this newly remodeled waterfront restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating and the best view on the beach. The menu is "Old Florida meets tropical" with fresh flavors and locally so
Clean restrooms and they offer a discount to military and first responders! We ate inside by the water and could see boats docking. Service was great and seating was comfortable and cute. They have a Pier1 Imports style. I had Shrimp Tacos and enjoyed them greatly. Boyfriend had lobster grilled cheese and he en-haled that. They have a bar and outdoor seating however on a hot day stick to inside air conditioning! :-)Thanks for coming to visit! I also crush the lobster grilled cheese! So glad you came to see us. Please visit again soon!

Great food, relaxing casual atmosphere and gigantic frozen Margaritas - what's not to love? Our server, Amanda K., took great care of us, instantly took our drink orders and brought us a large pitcher of ice water which was greatly appreciated after a day on the beach in the hot Florida sun. Frozen Margaritas followed very shortly and were absolutely delicious. We both had the Chicken Club sandwich and everything was very tasty, cooked perfectly. No room for dessert for either of us as the meals were huge. The Seabreeze overlooks the Intercoastal waterway, great location especially if you want to sit outside on the patio. We'll definitely return. Keep an eye out for George, the resident seabird - he's a regular.Thank you for joining us, Shaun! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed a great experience, and we will be sure to share your compliments with Amanda. We are happy to hear George was nice this visit (He can sometimes be a little pushy for food..) and we hope to see you again soon!

We stopped by for late meal. Got seated right away. Good beer menu. First, I had a Drunken Kiwi Hazy IPA and later had a Fresh Squeezed Grapefuit Pale Ale. My wife had a Wasa Watermelon Sangria-- she loved it. For dinner, I had blackened grouper with rice and beans; my wife had fish tacos. Great meal!Steve,Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to leave us a review! We truly have the freshest grouper around as we bring it in whole and fresh from right here in Johns Pass at Dons Dock!-Tyson

Whenever we are in the area Dockside Daves is our first stop. They have great buffalo shrimp, fried shrimp, onion rings. Their seafood soup is a must try, and they also have a great hamburger. One of the best places for seafood in the area. you will not be disappointed.

Went with friends and decided to sit outdoors on the deck seeing it was a cool night. Friendly waitress however she didnât quite know proper pricing on the menu. Had to question her about some charges. She said she was mistaken about our side dishes coming with our order. Was even changed by a side of bbq sauce. Anyhow, taste of food was good. We had gator bites which were tender and not gamey or tough. No complaints about taste of main dishes (burger, shrimp skewers, lobster po boy). Portion of side dishes could have been bigger considering we were changed.

Stopped in today for hubby's birthday lunch. As always greeted warmly when we arrived & seated quickly as we were there during a quieter time of day. Restaurant is popular & is usually busy. Stacey was our server & she was friendly & attentive. We enjoyed the happy hr special 2 for 1 drinks. My husband had the jalapeno encrusted grouper which was delicious & I had the conch cracker shrimp app with a side salad. I like that they let you make an app into a meal for only $4.95 more. The house salad came with jicama sticks on top which was a nice touch of added crunch. We always enjoy the food, service & atmosphere...just wish we lived closer... but it's worth the 1.5 hr drive from where we live!

Well here is my Review. My Husband and I walked into Slyce (First time in). We were met by a empty hostess station. We waited a few minutes, and going to leave. Established in 2007 We are a casual waterfront restaurant located on the boardwalk in Johns Pass Village. We started as a small ice cream and coffee shop in 2007. We slowly expanded over the next few years slowly bringing in more and more food items. Now
Showed up and the place was full. We were told we would be next to be seated and to wait outside. 10-15 minutes go by and then they seat another group that showed up after us instead. Disappointed because we like the fish tacos here (although they are sometimes too salty). Went there every time we go to Johns Pass, but based on this visit, never again.Hi I am so sorry for the confusion. We take full responsibility for the issue that happened with your group. The day you came we were unusually busy for a tues afternoon and a bit understaffed for the volume of people that showed up. Seating the other party in front of you was simply a mistake on our part. As you know from your many other visits we usually pride ourselves on customer service and would never never do this intentionally. I hope you reconsider you decision to never come back and give us another shot. Again apologies.
