Went here on a Sunday afternoon the salad was good pizza was good. The calzone bread to filling was to high. They need to reduce the size but keep the same amount of filling. The servers need to pay more attention to the tables. At least three servers walked past my empty glass of ice tea. I was in town on business and mentioned I wanted some wings. They said go here and not the other buffalo wings place that is wild. The menu has a plethora of options and no shortage of options for sauces! The sweet potato fries were fantastic. Our waitress was hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. I will be back here. Highly recommended!

I counted sixty four beers available on tap. We only tried two of them on a Saturday lunchtime when there was only 8 or 10 other patrons. The two beers we tried were typical of the local American brewing industry these days - outstanding! Add to that, we had the meat lovers' pizza and that was definitely the best pizza we have eaten anywhere in a long time. Big ups to this establishment.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant for lunch, it was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. For an appetizer we had a Luigiâs spring rolls which are made with grilled lemon pesto chicken, pepperoni, mozzarella and green peas. It is served with marinara dipping sauce. My daughter had the Kickin chicken sandwich which is grilled chicken, kickin bourbon sauce, goat cheese, caramelized onions and bacon on a brioche bun. I had the Margherita pizza made with fresh buffalo mozzarella, pecorino, basil, garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Overall the food was good but my expectations were a lot higher, but I will go back to try something different.

The Brick is well-known for its creative pizzas, hot wings, calzones, pasta, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches.
While spending the night in Macon, on return trip to Florida, searched for a sports bar type establishment with pizza. Located âThe Brickâ and the atmosphere, scrumptious pizza, and amazing bartender combined to create a most pleasurable experience! Will definitely stop by again, when passing through Macon!

Middle Georgia's finest brewpub offering handcrafted beer, honest food and a family friendly urban arcade.
Tried this as something new for us. Drinks and starter salad came quickly and were good, but experience was spoiled by terrible acoustics even though place was not busy. Too loud for conversation. That was sad because we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our meals to arrive.

Nicely decorated with a small patio on the street side. Definitely gives the vibe of an aged NOLA hangout. Standard bar food that isn't particularly well executed. The corn bites are great - just the right crust with a very creamy center. Fried green tomato is better avoided - tough breading on an even tougher tomato that lacks very much flavor. The shrimp and grits is passable. The jambalaya is truly dreadful - mostly just rice with peppers and few small shrimp scattered in that tasted way too fishy for good shrimp. On top of that the service was at best described as slow. There are now a lot of choices within a short walk.

This is definitely "the place" in downtown Macon, probably (if you don't make a reservation) you will have to wait to be seated (in our case we waited for 20 minutes) but is worth it.Thet have a great menu, but the beer and burgers took the center stage, still appetizers, the snapper and dessert were also up to our expectations. While in Macon this place is a "must visit". Hopefully will come back soon.

We are Ocmulgee Brewpub. Ocmulgee because of our cityâs historic national monument, the Ocmulgee Indian Mounds and brewpub because we handcraft the best brews and burgers around. Our team set out to go above and beyond what other breweries and burger join
Some twenty restaurants in Macon participated in Best Hamburger week. We thought the Brewpub would be good but the line out the door and into the sidewalk told us it would be special. A great burger topped with cheese, bacon, special sauce and fresh peaches! The bun was great! The fries were excellent as well as onion rings. We also got an extra side of fried cheese curds. On past trips Iâve enjoyed their appetizers and they have a full selection of beers many brewed in house.
