Talk about slow service and wait staff that is more into talking about going out and trading tables then they are concerned with actual customers We ordered steaks, never had a problem before when ordering. Our steaks were nearly impossible to cut into, no joke. Even my husband couldnt cut his to choke it down. Our sides were cold. Waitress dropped off food and never came back until the end of a 35 min wait for someone to notice we were not eating. Even at that the waitress just dropped off the check and never came back. No manager came to see us when we asked for one. Never had refills on drinks. Applebees has gone down since the time before that we ate in September and the service was excellent but food was terrible.

I have been a fan of Chilis for several decades and have enjoyed the great burgers, fajitas, chips, salsa, guacmole, and other great menu items over the years. The wild card factor with this brand is the wide variation in service, cleanliness and sometimes even food quality. This restaurant fits into the low end of the wildcard draw. We did visit on a weekend night but that should not be a reason to serve up average. The restaurant looked unkept. My chili was served almost room temperature, they were out of one of the side items but our server was personable. Overall, while this is not a bad choice, there are probably several other better values within a few miles of this Chili's.

We went here on a Thursday night and could barely hear ourselves think. There didn't seem to be any big sporting event as the numerous TV screens were tuned to different stations. Perhaps getting there before 5:00 PM would have been better.Other than the noise, the food was great with a lot of choices. The service was fast and friendly, too, especially considering how crowded the place was.
