Awaiting our flight to LAX, we stopped by Players for a breakfast cocktail⦠Mimosas and a bloody Mary. The bartender, Mario, is amazing, super friendly, and makes a damn good drink. The hostess that sat us was attentive and friendly. We didnât have food but our neighbors food looked tasty. There are tons of televisions playing all types of sports. Not a bad place to hang while awaiting our flight. And, Mario rocks!

It's located in a shopping plaza next to the Best Western El Sitio where I was staying. Plenty of secure parking. It's akin to an American Chili's or TGIFriday's.Ate dinner with a group of four on a Saturday night about 6pm. We were the only people there until about 8pm so we got the full attention of the young wait staff. We had cocktails (all excellent) and a variety of dishes. The food arrived a bit later than anticipated because we were the only diners but portions were large and attractively presented.It has an elevated stage for live music and a large dance floor.What was odd was that I was staying in Liberia for about a week and found the restaurant closed on a Monday and a Sunday night. And not open for lunch during the week.

My husband and I had lunch here and enjoyed the atmosphere, choice and quality of food. Staff were patient as we struggled with our limited Spanish and we were served hot and very tasty food. My husband had Casado with grilled chicken and I had cheese quesadilla. Toilet facilities were clean and we would recommend Guana's Bar for lunch.

Great vibe! Great prices! They have indoor and outdoor sections with big screens for soccer and music videos. This is more of a hangout place as opposed to a disco so keep that on mind when choosing your venue.

We came here last year when it was a different restaurant! So now we arrived and asked for the smoothies from last year; they made them immediately and they were terrific. We promised to come back for lunch and did. The food was PLENTIFUL, well priced, and DELICIOUS. They got my wife's order wrong and did back-flips to correct it. Obviously people who care about the Customer and the Food. Go to Liberia and go to La Casa de Cala.

I really with I had taken a picture of the dulce de leche filled pastry but I could not wait to taste it. It was amazing, flakey, and perfection. My son had the apple strudel and he wanted seconds. Amazing bakery with good prices

Food was ok. Typical overpriced airport food. $19 for a burger! Waiter didnt ask how the food was,didnt offer any kind of condiments, not even salt! And when some were requested they finally arrived after the food had already gone cold. Took forever to get the bill and had a service charged added... which is fine if you got decent service, which we did not!.
