We eat out a lot, I'm embarrassed to even admit how often. We have visited this particular Unos location probably a dozen times in the last year and the last two visits have been horrible. First, the restaurant has been understaffed both times, with many tables empty, but about a 20-30 minute wait to be seated. Then once seated, the waiting continues. 20 minutes to get drinks (and only get it after you remind the waitress...) over an hour to get a burger. Note to the owner or manager, make sure you have adequate staff, especially on a holiday when you know people will be more likely to eat out.

First time here. It's tucked in a strip mall but the way they have the space broken up is great for your own party for games, etc. Well thought out with big screens every where.You have to try the grilled pizzas. Good calamari too.

Have been before but this time food is average at best. Service mediocre. Menu needs a lift....same stuff...but not as good. We went because we couldn't get in anywhere else...which says a lot. Won't be going again any time soon.

My husband and I ordered from Applebee's in January 2019 for take out. The website is easy to order from and the cook time is very reasonable. We ordered shrimp, broccoli, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was hot, well prepared, and tasty. Our only small complaint would be that we waited in the TO GO parking spot for over 10 minutes before we finally called to get assistance. No one came out like they are supposed to when you pull in.

First time visit. Will return. Nice looking place and was rather busy on a Friday at noon.The service was fine and the server friendly and quick.Burgers, fries but some other choices as well. I tried the meatloaf panini with a choice of side (fries, chips, potato salad etc). $9. May sound a little odd but it was good.Typical sorts bar with lots of TV screens.

The tavern is half bar, half restaurant with a pool table, jukebox and tvâs televising sports. We sat ourselves on a busy Saturday night. Pros: Wide variety of menu choices, good food (we had nachos, a burger, fish and chips, and paninis), reasonable prices and a pleasant server, casual atmosphere.Cons: One panini wasnât hot-they remade it which was great, but everyone else at table was done by the time the sandwich came back out, understaffed -busy Saturday night and only 2 or 3 waitstaff, high ceilings make it extremely loud, and all the cigarette butts at the entrance are unsightly.Overall Iâd go back; they just need to make a few tweaks.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner. This was one of those places that you always say you should try out but just never do. Well, long story short, I wish we hadn't. I ordered crab cakes, the meal version with a baked potato and green beans. There is also an appetizer version. My wife ordered fish tacos. It took, what I thought was a long time for our dinner to arrive and when it did, what a disappointment it was. The crab cakes were burned on both sides and I mean charred black. The potato was over cooked, dried out and mealy. No butter but I did get a little container of sour cream. My wife said the fish taco was pretty good but not anything special. Despite Happy Jack's decent ratings it was a dud for me tonight. Maybe I'll go back and see if they can redeem themselves but probably won't...... too bad, I really wanted to like this place.

My husband and I went on a Friday night and sat at the bar, the place was busy. Service was attentive and friendly. Ordered beer and wine, good menu for both. We started with crab cakes and then i had the fish and chips and my husband the pasta/gnocci with meatballs and garlic bread. Both meals were good. The portions for the fish and chips were good as well. We'd go back. Menu was big so there is something for everyone.

We were in town for a wedding. We really enjoy this place and ate here twice during our short visit. Great food, Great bartenders and Great food! PLEASE end the Trivia night on Wednesday....obnoxious. In July 2018, we visited this restaurant and had a very poor experience. After posting my review, management contacted me to invite me back and offered a $35 gift certificate. We returned last week and things were as bad or worse with the service. Once again it was five of us for lunch at noon on a Thursday. It was not especially crowded. After being seated, we were ignored for about ten minutes, until I finally got someone's attention. Our waitress offered apologies, and we gave a beverage order and asked that we receive a fifth table setting (there were only four). After a very long time, the drinks arrived but I had to ask again for the table setting. We placed our food order and, once again, had a very long wait. When the food arrived, again with apologies, my grandkids' pasta was lukewarm and my "steamed" broccoli was cold. A request for an additional beverage again took a long time. When the check arrived, I found that the waitress had given me someone else's paid check (with $25 cash included). I flagged down the waitress, who had recognized her error, and was given the correct check -- again, with many apologies. She also offered us $5 off coupons for a return visit. The waitress was wearing an apron that identified her as a "certified trainer." Sorry, clearly the management of this establishment doesn't know how to offer appropriate customer service and attention. With so many alternatives available, we won't be returning here. I'd recommend that you opt for a different spot as well.Hi, Al. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the best service and that some items were not prepared correctly. Our general manager will be in touch via email as soon as possible.
