We make an annual pilgrimage to this cafe every winter. Buffalo shepherds pie for me, roasted Brussels sprouts for the wife. Shepherds pie was off the menu until the winter. Had to send back chicken soup to be reheated. Brussels sprouts were overly charred and so salty they were sent back. Baked salmon was also excessively seasoned. Shame that an amazing restaurant has slipped.

A bar/restaurant full of history and memorabilia. Great food and hospitality. Photos allowed and info on the back of the menu.
Wife had the TBC and I had the pulled pork. Pork melted in my mouth. Best Iâve had in a long while. TBC was very good. Onion rings are great. Wait staff was busy but very accommodating. Back bar was wonderful. Priceless! This was probably our best meal while in Colorado.

Burgers, Beer and BBQ. Family owned and operated since 1878. Historic bar on Old State Street where their were once 64 bars and was known as the "Red Light" district. We have a beautiful patio with scenic views of the Rocky Mountains. Family dining for lu
Came here for my birthday back in 2012 and had a really good burger. It was also NFL Playoff time, and there was a number of screens showing the games. Was able to watch my team (Baltimore Ravens) beat the Houston Texans! The burger itself was really fresh, and one can tell that the beef patty was freshly prepared from scratch! Loved the homefries also!Overall the atmosphere was really good....the only drawback was that I had to watch the start of the game at the Tennessee Pass Cafe because the Pastime Bar didn't open at 11:30am!Nevertheless, the atmosphere was superb! Made friends with some of local guys, who were very hospitable - one of them even bought be a drink! Will definitely come again in the near future!
