On arrival we were greeted by staff that just wanted you there and were keen to help. Well we just wanted a chicken parmy but the options were great. We had a seafood parmy a BBQ and a pulled pork chicken parmy. They were great we had chips and veggies with them and it was a great meal. We will be backThank you very much for the fantastic review! We booked the dinner at the restaurant at the same at as booking into the hotel. The menu had a good selection to chose from included pasta, seafood, steak, chicken and vegetarian. All washed down with beers, wines, soft drink or hot beverage. Prices were reasonable.

I ordered the chicken burger and chips and my partner ordered the parmigiana, chips & salad. They were both very tasty and didnât take too long even though it was a busy night. All the waitresses were friendly and helpful. One item was accidentally left off my burger but this was fixed up within 1 minute of me asking about it. The ceiling lights created a nice ambience even though it was a bit loud and had to sit quite close to other diners. Would be a great place for a dinner and drinks with a group of friends.

Launcestons Permier Mid Sized Live Music Venue. Traditional Country Pub feel. Dinner Served Tuesday - Sunday from 5.30pm. Great CBD Location near to City Park and UTAS Stadium. Now under New Management.
Called in on an extremely quiet saturday night maybe more crowded when a band was playing later.Asked for a glass of sparkling bottle worth $14 all up at local bottleshop already had the stopper in it so posed the question When was that opened Tuesday 1/10/19 so 5 days old and you still poured it into my glass and charged me full price.I could of ordered my drinks in the main bar maybe it would of been fresher don't know but obviously bar person thought it was ok and never offerred anything else. They proceeded to discuss there working situation as well no atmosphere whats so ever so we moved on.

Slow service remains in tact. Calamari is exceptional, but prices are high and meal quality is random. To the guy that took a barstool from my table of four without asking, yes you, you are a rude, poorly raised individual with no manners and little concern for anyone but yourself. Thank you for returning it, my apologies for asking you about your breeding and your morals. I did not mean to make a scene or offend you, but yes, someone was sitting there. If only you asked.. . . Hi Ross, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the calamari and will pass your other feedback onto the team. We hope to see you back in again in the future.

Could not rave about this food at the restaurant anymore if I tried. My sister had a venison pie - to die for, melt in the mouth. I had a seafood platter entree size, and along with a cheeky dessert that was all I could have eaten, generous servings. The decor is quite sweet ("British themed) and the bar staff were a joy

We stopped here twice on our 2-day visit to Launceston: once for a quick drink, and then the next day for lunch. The staff were fabulous, just so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The wine & beer list is extensive and interesting, and we enjoyed sampling a couple. For lunch, we chose from the snacks menu and shared sweet potato chips and a pizza - perfect! When we passed by one evening, it appeared to be very popular for dinner, too.Highly recommend.
