The food and atmosphere are excellent, but seating and service are not. You cannot see much when sitting outside and when sitting on couches you are not able to eat. We were ignored quite a few times when waiting for a drink at the bar. No one would serve us, even after making eye contact. Very weird. It's too bad because the food was great but we much preferred the vibe and service at Hang Out next door.

We had dinner with friends last night and they suggested Beer and Burgers. We have been on the island 8 weeks and have had lots of burgers at lots of restaurants. Their burgers were AWESOME! the French fries were hot and crisp and delicious! The atmosphere is cute in the evening and we will recommend Beer and Burgers to everyone.

The atmosphere is everything you want during a Caribbean vacation - oceanfront, perfect lighting, bar or tables. My husband and I went here 3 times during our vacation because it was within walking distance to our villa. We had the catch of the day the first night (mahi mahi), which was excellent. The second night I had the fish fajitas. The fish was good, but the guacamole was not. It tasted like Subway guacamole :( - no flavor. My husband had a squash curry, which was very good and nicely seasoned. The third night we finally got the best meal - ceviche for an appetizer and split the Pizza Parma. The ceviche was Mexican style and absolutely perfect!! The pizza was also perfect for our taste - thin crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and very light on the cheese. Next time we come to Bonaire we will be back for that pizza!! Service is where they fall short and it really depends on the server. Some are very attentive and professional. Others act like it is a chore to do their job. Do not expect fast service here. They also would do better to keep track of people's drinks and ask if they want refills in a more timely manner.

Thank you very much to El Mundo for their amazing hospitality this past week! We could not have asked for a better reception. Owner and his crew were wonderful hosts for our group lunch in between dive. I would highly recommend lunch or dinner at the El Mundo. Thank you again!

Best place on the island, high quality food, high service on an almost perfect location.
And the schnitzel was very good. The vegetable accompaniment was excellent including nicely roasted potatoes. Beer is always cold. Drink pours could be a bit more generous. Ribs are very good too. Nice place to hang out. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner every day.

Good for singles you can eat at the bar, nice outdoor ambience make sure if you sit at the bar grab a cushion stools are uncomfortable. I had the ceasar salad with grilled chicken huge portion took half home, the romaine was very fresh and the chicken moist and tender and full of flavor. Would return and recommend.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Shakes, burgers, fresh fish, rib eyes, New York style pizza with oceanfront sunset.
I had pizza here twice during my stay and it was excellent both times. The staff is very friendly.I also had a latte here several mornings and it was good. The funny thing is that I had a latte at Karols (the pier across the street) and it had to be made by Rumba. It was the same clear glass as the ones I had at Rumba. The latte at Rumba cost $2.50 and at Karols was $4.50. Save $2 and have your coffee at Rumba.

Went here for dinner last week based on other reviews and the convenient location to where we were staying, Buddy Dive.We all had something different and the food was excellent. I had the fresh fish (Mahi Mahi) special and I enjoyed every bite. The host greeted us, seated us and served us. He was fantastic and after dinner, he gave us directions to the nearest gas station, with map and all. Great place, great food, great service and good prices. All with tasty desserts and live music. A most enjoyable evening.Give it a try, you wonât be disappointed!Iâd recommend a reservation. We had one and the group ahead of us was turned away because they did not and the place was packed.Enjoy!
