Downstairs is a bar, where often live music is offered. Aaaand they also have a rooftop Bar! A magical place, quiet, fun, clean - family atmosphere. Honestly, it IS the best place for drinks for local and international guests.The drinks are good and affordable, the relaxing level high. Secret Tip: they offer also cheap sleeping facilities. And: the bar is centrally located.Paul & Jacob, I had some fantastic days - and nights till far after sun rise :-)) You are amazing!

Really enjoyed the jazz performance in this very established jazz bar. I didn't eat there, as it serves western food and we wanted to have japanese food instead. The ambience is comfortable and unpretentious. Just good old fashioned jazz.

My host family took me here and there was a little of everything for everyone. They ordered their go-tos - yakisoba, daikon salad, sausages and fried chicken. The kids were able to eat everything, and the adults enjoyed beer from the variety of choices available. But the star dish had to be the beer, true to the nature of this restaurant. It was great despite the cold weather. And it paired really well with the crispy and moist fried chicken. Ask for the spiced salt to season the chicken.

very welcoming and, despite the language barrier, ( I dont speak any Japnese) I was immediately made to feel at ease. There is an Italian themed set menu for this month but a la carte is still available. I found the food first class and will definitely eat there as much as possible during my stay at the hotel.
