The service here is fantastic. The kitchen, depending on the night/food preps/chef, varies considerably. Severe onion allergy. Asked if the appetizer dip had onions in it, explained why I was asking, server durly checked and said it could be made without. It was served loaded with chopped green onion both on top and filling the dip to overflowing. Not charged for it though.Another time, asked for a side of sauteed mushrooms: they came almost burnt to a crisp and dried out but it was immediately replaced.Make sure, if ordering steak, that you stress the degree of rare. Not so great at medium rare to rare. Great at well done.Thanks for your honesty, I'm sorry we haven't been able to give you the quality experience we pride ourselves on consistently. Spent some time learning to curl with our hockey team one day. Everyone was patient and helpful. The buffet lunch was delicious! There were many places to just sit and watch, or visit with friends. Thereâs also a full service bar and restaurant. We felt very welcome and had a great time.

Cozy enough and the pizza is simply the best in Kitimat. I just wish they offered better selection of dark beer. Kronenbourg on tap would be totally complete this.
