The owner, who also runs the shop in town, with full disclosure, sent us here when we inquired about a place in Ballyvaughan to eat. It was delightful, delicious and satisfying. A good value as well. His shop also had some treasures we brought home with us.Thank you so much Mike S for giving us a five star rating and for complimenting our food and facilities and thank you for your compliments about Mr. Quinn's shop.Looking forward to welcoming you back sometime soon again.

Had the burger and the staff were very helpful when I asked for changes (no cheese, mayo instead of spicy sauce). The burger came out with cheese by accident and the staff had no problem bringing it back and changing it. The food itself was great - got main and dessert and everyone agreed it was top quality food. The presentation was lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant area was great. Would recommend for a visit when in Kinvara.Thank you so much for this review. We really appreciate it.

Went there for an informal lunch on a Saturday. Rather than have one main course I opted for the seafood chowder and seafood salad. The chowder is up there with my top 3 ever! Loads of fish including salmon, smoked haddock, prawns and mussels. Often a chowder can be two thirds veg but this was a meal on it's own! Accompanied by two breads - 10/10. The seafood salad blew me away, firstly for the value at just over â¬10. Big fleshy prawns, smoked salmon and crab - all generous portions, served with a lovely mixed salad and dressing with bread. Again 10/10 and if you have this as a starter, you will never fit in a main course. Highly recommended!Dear Canlstay,Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am delighted that you enjoyed our food. Our Head Chef, Dariusz and his team work hard to ensure our food is of a high standard and value for money.Thank you again.RegardsDeclan O'Grady

Linnanes is a real gem , run by owners who are present all the time and who go the extra mile to really care for their business. It is terrific for seafood, has a great atmosphere and is reasonably priced. Well worth a trip and well done to owners and staff !
