Pavlik's, Faranda's Murphy's..I'm old enough to have tried them all (1963) by far, still the best wing in town. The burgers, pizza, even the soup gives you a great reason to experience a nice neighborhood bar. "Good sports" of all sorts should be their motto. Either before, during, or after a great place to be..It helps if you're IRISH, but not necessary...

Ate here with friends after a visit with family and the food and service was great. It was nice to have the staff sing happy birthday! Food and bar service were amazing!

Fantastic place! The food was great. Service outstanding. Had a steak sandwich made with real steak and not greasy steak-ums on delicious home made bread. The prices are outstanding. The place is tastefully remodeled and very clean. Will definitely be back. Please give this place a try. They have a parking lot just up the street in rear of building. See sign on side of building. Took picture of take out menu to show great prices.

We had heard nothing but GOOD reports about Johnstown Inn from NUMEROUS people - so we decided to give them a try. They weren't very busy, but the service was just so-so.Then, it seemed as though EVERYTHING we tried to order was only available on only 1 certain night of the week.NOTHING we were interested in fit into OUR night. Our breaded mushroom appetizer was tasty - and obviously fresh out of the freezer bag.The Ranch Dressing dipping sauce was fine.My dining partner ordered the (Chicken) Taco Salad. In addition to being EXTREMELY dried out, the chicken was SO highly and OVERLY seasoned, it was TOTALLY and offensively inedible. The rest of the salad was anything BUT fresh - and did NOT get eaten.I "settled" for Spaghetti & Meatballs (available any night, I gathered). The noodles were a nice al-dente, but the sauce was truly disgusting, with a taste that made me think I was consuming kerosene. We were told they make it from scratch. The meatballs (also scratch made) were devoid of ANY recognizable taste.I doubt I had more than 3 bites of the entire plate before pushing it aside. The manager properly adjusted the bill, and apologized profusely - but never offered a single shred of an explanation. We went elsewhere for dinner. The overall experience was bad enough that I don't see us giving them a second chance any time soon.ANY form of explanation would have been a nice touch - but it never came.
We were traveling through Johnstown and stopped here for dinner. We loved our drinks and meal (a flatbread with apples and Gouda and a Caesar salad.)A great vibe, good service. Would return in a heartbeat if we come through town again.

Besides being a great neighborhood bar; a lot of firsts happened here: Chuck was the first in town to introduce healthful fried food, (Rair Oven,) I've been there for all the extensions & remodeling, all top shelf/all with the customer in mind. I've been to more celebrations and parties here than any other place on the planet... Anytime they got a few bucks ahead it all went back into the business...Ya just don't see that anymore...A hard headed marine & his wife (Terri), determined to create an atmosphere comfortable for everybody...You're only a stranger here the first time; after that you're family.....CHILLY

A Wine Spectator Award-winning restaurant located in the Holiday Inn Johnstown-Downtown. We are located in the heart of the downtown central business district. We have special limited-time menus that change several times a year to showcase the best ingred
Service was good and attentive. Menu had a few unique touches; perhaps indicative of the area. Food quality was acceptable. The dining room had a nice ambiance; albeit the view had a bit to be desired. Readying to pay the bill, and power took out their registers. They took our cellphone, allowed us to leave without paying; then called later to ask for authorization to process the bill We agreed, and all was good.

A tiny little place-really a small bar-recommended to us by a local who we stopped on the street. Best tacos, ice cold draft beer, an way low prices.
Bar had pretty good service was busy pre game stopping point. Right near war memorial. But fairly small. Average city bar.

Family operated business for forty two years. Consistent high quality food and drink. Homemade soups, pizza, dinner specials and outstanding desserts.
Stopped by here with three couples for lunch on the day we drove to Johnstown to visit the Johnstown National Flood Memorial and the Johnstown Flood Museum. We were all delighted with the place. I loved my Phoenix burger and fries. Others commented very favorably on their quesadillas, pizzas and pulled pork sandwich.

Love the Boulevard. Iâm moving out of state very soon and my daughter asked where Iâd like to go for my âlast mealâ in Jâtown. No question. The Boulevard. They often have excellent musical quests and you can still hear each other speaking quietly. The shrimp and steaks are wonderful or you even have gourmand pizza!
