During our stay in Medford we ate here a number of times. Great location and atmosphere, friendly staff and food was consistently great.

Wild River Medford opened in November 2006. We had been hearing from many Medford residents who journeyed up I-5 to enjoy the hospitality of our Grants Pass location. It was clear that a new location would thrive in Medford, and this was the opportunity t
We had a couple of sandwiches and a burger. They bake their own rolls and have many bread options. They make their own root beer and it was OK. Good side salad (although they need some bowls, because the small plate was not big enough for the salad!). Server was a little inexperienced but she was very nice and you could tell she was trying to do a good job. Would come back for some more dinner-like entrees when in the area again.

Original Roadhouse Grill features an authentic roadhouse menu and a down-home, fun lovin' atmosphere. You'll find peanuts served in buckets and peanut shells on the floor. Country music, classic rock and blues can be heard coming out of our jukebox. Bring
The atmosphere is fun, service was excellent. My sweet potato fries and sweet rolls were good but my pulled pork sandwich was not edible. Mushy, not at all the texture of pulled pork, more like mystery meat that was almost pureed. I tried my husbands tri-tip and wasnât impressed with it either, too much liquid smoke or something similar, not enough sauce. Luckily there was extra sauce on the table. Sorry but we wonât be going back.

Welcome to Kaleidoscope Pizzeria and Pub! Kaleidoscope Pizzeria and Pub is a pizza restaurant in Medford, Oregon. We're locally owned and unlike any other pizzeria in Southern Oregon. We offer gourmet, stone-baked pizza and an assortment of other freshly
The pizza was good but actually like Abby's pizzas better - specifically comparing the Mediteranean Kaleidoscope to Abby's Greek Vegetarian. The crust is very tasty at Kaleidoscope if you like thicker crust. The toppings were OK, just not as tasty as Abby's which also offers a thinner crust. Bottomline, I would go back for the pizza. BUT it is a very loud place. I think sitting outside would be better - weather permitting!

We arrived at just before 5 on a Sunday evening in early September. Plenty of seating available. Service was outstanding. We ordered a variety of items, including a pizza that was custom iced to my wifeâs dietary restrictions. All were delicious. Great good, great service, great atmosphere equals a great experience!Good morning, lesj835.We always appreciate it when out-of-towners make it a "point" to visit our public house. Thank you for your very kind words and excellent recommendation. Very gratified that you enjoyed your visit. Our mission is to be "your neighborhood's best pub and grill", but we love to see everyone from everywhere. If you get up and down I-5 in your travels, our South Medford location is also just off the highway (South Medford exit is 6 miles south of Central Point exit, and the Super Walmart is across the street from us) and I think you would enjoy it as well. I am also happy to say that we are opening a new location in Bend, Oregon.Safe travels to you and your family, and again, thanks for "Getting to The Point"!Cheers!Hew - a Co-Owner

Beautifully restored 1910 National Historic Landmark Train Station. Seating for several hundred, romantic outdoor dining and stunning craftsman style full bar. Happy Hour food specials. Dinner Entrees starting at $10.
Cutting to the chase: the food here is fantastic! From the exquisite crab cakes, to the lite and tasty lobster ravioli, to the mouth watering flavor explosion steak, and wonderful vegetables - every bite is a treat. The ambiance is very nice too - quiet, and charming with attentive and thoughtful staff. My only regret is that I live in Texas and won't be able to return any time soon.Thank you for those nice compliments! We'll be here when you return to Oregon.Your friends at Porters

Kind of disappointing. Has a nice atmosphere, with good beer choices. However, the bartender was waiting tables, not a good idea. There were some delays in taking our order, and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, and was never asked how I wanted it cooked. It came out medium well., Kind of light on the mushrooms. The french fries were decent. Wife had the meatloaf, which again was just OK. The mashed potatoes were good. The side salad was good and decent sized

Stopped in for a cold drink after a little wine tasting. Travis the bartender was very nice and friendly. We came back Sunday for another drink and enjoyed a few of the locals. Jacksonville is our new favorite small town in Oregon!

I so wanted to like this restaurant, but, frankly, I was disappointed.Hubs and I stopped here for dinner on a cold, December night. A perfect evening for barbecue!I had the ribs. Hubs had the peppered pork loin. We both started with salad - the ranch dressing was great! A promising start! But, alas, the night went downhill for me from that point. Hubs received a generous portion of pork and really liked it. He wasn't that thrilled about his side of onion rings. Way too greasy.I received a nice size portion of pork ribs. However, they were quite fatty and managed to be sopping with liquid and overdry at the same time. I think they were braised when proper BBQ is smoked. But they were overcooked, then drenched in watery sauce. The baked beans I chose as my side were almost inedible. VERY HOT - spice-wise. And I survived New Mexico with all of its chilies. Not a whole lot of flavor, just plan HOT. Later on that evening and early the next day, I regretted my decision to eat even the small portion that I did. Restaurant was tired-looking. I think they were trying to look rustic, but the place just looked worn. Scuffed tables and chairs. Poor lighting. Kind of depressing, despite the pretty Christmas tree in the front room. And what's with the continuous roll fabric towel in the bathroom? Haven't seen those in more than a couple of decades! ICK!If I were to go back, I'd try a sandwich with salad. Maybe those would be better.

I wasn't overwhelmed by the food served here but their outdoor patio is magical with wonderful green tree coverage overhead and little lights and flowers adding to the atmosphere. This is one of our local Medford, Oregon relative's favorite restaurant and their salad entrees were good. But the chicken parmesan dinner wasn't very tasty....needed more tomato sauce and to be made a bit more crispy or oily. It was rather dry. The char entree was good. The house salad also needed to up its game with some nicer greens instead of the romaine lettuce. It was also quite small. But again, the atmosphere and lively clientele and service make it a nice dinner out in this cute western style town of Jacksonville
