Discover Restaurants offering the best Bar food in Isola di Salina, Italy. Though Salina’s rocky beaches nod to its volcanic composition, today the island is as tranquil as can be. Think olive farms, think caper bushes, think storybook trees heavy with plump figs and citrus fruits. Salina is a place for your taste buds to swoon over nature’s sweetest and saltiest bounties. Cap each meal with a sip of the islands signature Malvasia dessert wine. When your belly needs a break, explore Salina’s stone lanes, pebble beaches, and the twin volcanos, dormant for 13,000 years.

I went there just for a pre-dinner drink and could not get away fast enough. There was a small band of musicians who were probably trying to play some music, but kept stopping in the middle of songs to talk to each other loudly and start again with a different song. Obviously they had not checked the sound, so the microphone was screeching unpleasantly.Considering that it was Friday night in August, it was disgraceful.
The terrace, the sea, a sunset behind Alicudi and Filicudi, a sweet music plays while the sky is full of colours and the sea is its mirror, the smell of toasted bread, of pâté, of smoked fish, of cheeses and of wine is in the air... one experience that co
The "thing" to do before dinner in italy is to go out for Aperitivo around 7:00 -7:30pm. So we headed off to Al Belvedere for an Aperitivo Cena (instead of just nibbles they are substantially larger so you might not need to go to dinner after this). The hotel is a family business the food is all home grown and all tastes amazing. But the view is amazing you get to see the sunset which is breathtaking. So this is a must if you get to go to Salina one of the 7 islands near sicily.

My third visit to Leni this year and the wonderful Bar Chiofalo. I enjoyed many apperitivi, lunches and dinners here again cooked and served by a lovely generous warm local family. Don't miss this place if you visit Salina or pass through Leni. It is my favourite place to stay on the island, more sunshine hours and warmth than anywhere else. The views are incredible!!! The bar also has free wifi, gelati, granita and delicious cakes.

Nicely served, friendly, superb view, easy to find and you've got to take the bus from Santa Marina. One of the world's grest bus journeys.

This has the privilege of being smack in the centre of Malfa town overlooking the church square which becomes a hive o activity on special occasions. Bar has a nice casual feel about it and this leads to an outdoor annexe for al fresco dining. They serve up a good country meal. Service is variable depending who is on duty but most evenings it's lively and quite well patronised and great for people watching in small village.

For Anyone Sailing The Isole Eolie In The Tirreno Sea, A Must!
I'll preface this review by saying we are Australian, in our forties and don't have children. This place was crazy busy, screaming kids running everywhere and is a pain to get to via their small courtesy bus that runs from the Marina to the other side where this place is. That being said all the families seemed to be having a ball, us less so. The meals are all a derivation of a style of fishermans lunch that is a traditional dish wives prepare for their husbands, a huge round slice of bread (big as a dinner plate) smothered in ricotta, with various heaped topping on top of it.it did nothing for us at all, but the toppings were fresh and tasty, we left most of the bread, we had terrible food envy when we saw kids eating pizza's that looked great. Granitas were ok i guess ? best in Italy ? yeah nar

Lovely spot to sit back and relax with a beer or tasty panini to break up the time on the beach. They serve a few different things including some good looking salads, soft drinks, icecreams etc. They also rent the umbrellas and lilos for the beach which we found essential. Reasonable prices, good food and nice people.

The best place to eat something fast and fresh!Il miglior posto dove consumare qualcosa di veloce e fresco!!Chiusura stagionale dal 20/10 al 30/03 dell'anno successivo.
You'll not find it if you're expecting to find a cafe in a building. It's just a makeshift food truck on the side of the road on the way to the beach.Câe Stato un tempo in cui assomigliava a un bar perché organizzato a tal punto da farlo sembrare. Alcune foto lo dimostrano! Questâanno è stato purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare delle modifiche in peggio. Ma miglioreremo per il prossimo anno!!
