Can't say enough about the experience at the Copper Moose. Fabulous food, beer and cocktails. And even better service from the staff. Would highly recommend to locals and visitors/tourists in the area. The bartender, Justin, was accommodating and very helpful to everyone at the bar sharing his love of beer and food. The owner, Eric, was interesting, friendly and congenial to not only us as tourists but to the locals as well. Impressive the quality of food in such a small rural town. Beer list that rivals a large city. Wished it was open on Sunday so I could have eaten there again before heading back to Seattle. Great place!

Very friendly people. The owner was very nice. Drink prices are moderate. Very trendy modern sports pub. Individual tables can control LED TVs at each table. Huge TV screen over the bar and several others throughout. Small quaint new pub.

The worst meal I have had within the last five years. Ordered the grilled pork chops. My shoe soles would have been a better choice. Tougher than shoe leather. The salad was hideous. House dressings they say. Advise to the restaurant. Buy some Hidden Valley. At least we know it's a dressing. The string beans were inedible. What was that sauce?The service was slow and inattentive. I had to ask another waitress several times. Couldn't find ours.What a waste of good money with so many good restaurants out there. The dining room was loud and noisy. Terrible experience. Will never come back.

We traveled to Herkimer as a half way stop to our annual holiday celebration in The Finger Lakes. We decided to go out and eat and PK's was recommended by both the hotel and Tripadvisor. We walked in and were immediately greeted with "Do you have reservations?! We are full up with reservations this evening". Not necessarily a warm welcome. We asked if we could eat at the bar and then they said, "yes, that would be fine". I was then worried we would wait forever, but our salads came immediately and the meals followed just fine. We were glad we decided to stay after the cool (outsider) welcome as the food, service, and evening turned out to be just fine, very good. It seems they get flustered when they are nearing capacity, but there is no reason to make new customers skeptical about dining there. This is a duplicate of PK's Pub which appears to be the same place (same location), unless I am missing something...?

Having previously worked at a different Applebee's my expectations were exceptionally low. However, the food came out incredibly fast, everything was good, and the service was awesome. My server Erika was really friendly and quick, and went out of her way to track me down when I inadvertently left my card behind. She was an amazing waitress. The restaurant was also very clean and the hostess was really friendly too. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Rocky, the owner, was the chef last night. My wife and I were with one of the better chef's in Herkimer County. Former owner of Canal Side, and his wife.. We are both critical, because we both have owned restaurants , Forever. Rocky prepared a Platter, yes platter of Fresh Caprese. Onions, peppers, fresh tomatoes and unreal mozzarella, Buffalo, Surrreal. Dinner, he prepared us a Bone-in Maygu, Steak, enough for 4. Unreal/surreal and perfectly cooked, presented. Sorry, but we all " Pigged Out ". He must be one of the best Chef's in Upstate NY.
