Hubby and I went out to eat before leaving on vacation. I ordered a dinner salad and it was to die for! I love the food and the ambience!!

We try to get to the Glen Haven once a summer. The food isn't spectacular but it's decent and not expensive. Portions are slightly on the small side but that's to be expected with entrees, which include salad, under $20. We usually have the deviled steak, which is delicious. On our most recent visit, my husband had salmon, my son and I had scallops, and the others in our party had the chicken special and the mahi special. All nicely prepared.

We checked in to our hotel in Cortland, New York - just off I-81 - tired and not at all interested in getting back into the car to find a place for some dinner. The Front Desk recommended several restaurants places that offered good food, delivered to the hotel ...we chose Brix Pubaria as it had a more versatile take out/delivery menu. We called to order - were told 40 minutes - food came sooner - and we want to let Trip Advisor readers know that the wings and fries were excellent...extra crispy hot, wet wings with blue cheese...and excellent fries too. It was exactly what we needed after a long day in the car. The young man who delivered our food was polite and said delivery to our hotel was free from his restaurant - so do make sure you tip generously for this extra service you receive.
Was looking for a place to catch some dinner on our way to Cortland this past weekend. I asked my husband if this was the place we went to a couple of years ago and he said yes, and you didn't like it. I said well, it's getting 4 and 5 stars and says it's under new management so let's give it another try. We were very pleased. Although they could use more regular height tables as it bothers my back and legs to sit at the higher stools, the waitresses were quick and polite and the food was great. We shared a serving of the black beans and rice and I could have eaten that as my meal. Had just the right amount of spice. I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini and my husband got the Nacho Burger. I brought about a third of my sandwich home as I ate half the rice and beans. Will definitely go back.

when the manager (she was passing out paychecks) comes in to pass around her four-week-old baby, you know you're someplace else... a truly quirky, woodsy type of "Cheers" where everybody knows their name, terrific caeser salad considering the atmosphere, great jambalaya and portabello mushroom sandwich, bill just $26... takes cash only and does not open until 3 p.m.

I had been hearing people rave about Hairy Tonyâs. When a friend was coming to Cortland, my spouse suggested we check out Hairy Tonyâs. I checked Trip Advisors for information about the menu and the reviews. When my friend arrived and gave me the information I needed, she said she had to head right back home so I invited my spouse and we walked to the bar. We were shown to a nice table close to the front window. After we ordered drinks, we asked the wait staff (Dominique) about the Nachos Muy Grande whether or not it was enough food for two. She said it would come in a paella pan. When it came, it was huge and, as we were eating, we realized it was not only delicious but much too much for us to eat at one sitting. Dominique had come by several times to see how we were doing. We asked for a take-away box and brought about half of the meal home. The items on the menu looked wonderful and we will be back.

returned for Mother's day with my wife and were definitely not disappointed. The food was excellent, bartender, hostess (owner)/ waitress were very pleasant. we ordered grilled octopus for a starter (a new experience for me) a little chewy but a remarkable, lobster-like flavor...Tina had delicious Coquille St.Jacques while I completely enjoyed a wonderful Chiopino with lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari. this may be our new mom's day tradition
