Love coming to this tiny, dark restaurant. The cocktails are creative and the best Iâve had anywhere in the country. Tonight we shared a plate filled with three different cheeses, salmon pate, and duck pate. There was plenty of wonderful, dark bread from Crust bakery, and we ordered marinated olives. Felt as if I were back in Paris!

7p reservation, seated on time, a packed restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. By 8:30p, all other tables had eaten and left the restaurant. We waited in an empty restaurant for our food to arrive around 9p. Waitress, Madelyn, explained a large group backed up the kitchen and our order lost its place in line. Seems they, or our waitress, is not experienced to handle a large group...around the holidays....and still accommodate the rest of the dining room? Waitress returned saying manager offering us a free dessert. A free dessert? Manager apparently too busy in the empty restaurant to come to table with an apology. Or maybe manager had also left the restaurant, along with the other patrons. Foolish that we stuck around; should have left after first hour.Food: Mediocre, and reheated.Waitstaff: Fail.Management: Fail.

This is a nice neighborhood bar and I good place to meet friends for drinks. It's not so loud that you can't hear each other and it has a good enough selection of drinks. The service is also good.

We made a special trip out to the Fire Hall for lunch having driven by a few times and being curious. The inside is done nicely with memorabilia and comfortable seating. Our server (Kaylee) was more than helpful with the menu and in no time we had ordered and were relaxing with a couple of drinks. The food was quite a large portion, well prepared and very good (a couple of burgers with sides of mac&cheese). The food and one drink each was $60. We were impressed with everything and will certainly make a point of coming back. If you haven't been, you should give it a try.

The TGIF in the McManara terminal is a good place to grab a bite to eat before or between flights. I had a little bit of time to spare before I had to catch my flight so I stopped in for a beer and burger. I sat at the bar to avoid the line waiting for tables and was served promptly. The beer was cold and the food was decent. Nothing beyond the ordinary for a TGIF. The staff seems to have their routine in place and worked hard to quickly serve all the guests while still maintaining friendly banter and conversation. Best of all, I was in and out of the restaurant in less than 30 minutes. Good job TGIF staff!
Andy's Place is a family owned and operated local restaurant, bar and grill that is sure to make you feel at home. Come and enjoy a great burger or brat and wet your whistle!
First time visit and we will be back. Besides excellent music, we had excellent food and service. Burgers were delicious and cooked to order. Expect to spend about $15 a meal. Fair price considering live entertainment. I thought the bar was clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

We met some friends here for dinner for our first time at this restaurant. I had a drink special and didn't care for it. It tasted more like a strong cough syrup. I had the prime rib and my husband had the perch. I didn't like that everything was ala carte so if you wanted a salad, it cost more. The prime rib was good, the perch was a small portion. The service was good and the atmosphere was good. We just were disappointed as our dinner was expensive for what you got with your meal.

We enjoyed dining outdoors on a beautiful Saturday evening, watching the sunset over the lake across the street. This place is dog friendly on the patio. The burgers were delicious, but unfortunately the service was terribly slow and they were out of several items, Including dessert. I gave an average rating because the burgers were so good, in spite of the service, which hopefully will improve.

When arrived in Michigan, our friends took us here for lunch. We all had burgers and these were very large and flavorful. These were well worth the trip here. There was lots of cold beer to top off this hole in the wall restaurant. I do highly recommend this place for lunch.
