We ordered a meat Lasagna, Chicken Parm and meatballs. All the meals were well made, fresh tasting and even came with all the sides you would get if you were dining in. Very impressed with the staff/personalities, food quality (remember take out) and extras that most restaurants don't throw in unless requested. Definitely would order again.

This little outdoor café sits right on Lake Winnipesaukee as part of the Naswa resort. Comfortably casual with floors of sand, it was a perfect place to lunch. The menu advertises a large range of offerings for appetizers, sandwiches, soups, and salads with decent prices, and generous portions. For appetizers, we dug into the coconut shrimp, the mozzarella sticks and the guacamole with tri-colored chips. Itâs amazing we still had room for our lunch as these delicious offerings were gobbled up in no time! We had beautiful lake and boating views as we dove into the delicious Caesar salad with chicken, veggie wrap, the mozzarella/tomato Panini and the chicken fingers. All of the food was fresh, well seasoned and tasty. The adult beverage menu was impressive although half of our party wasnât of age to give it a try . The relaxed atmosphere, the colorful decor and surroundings and the casual air all lent to that whimsical Caribbean feel. Would recommend to any traveler lucky enough to wander in and give it a try.Thank you so much for stopping in with your group! We've been going there for over 10 years- sad to see the quality of the food gone so far downhill.I ordered the scallops in bacon and the calamari appetizers. While the scallops were OK, the calamari was so chewy as to be inedible. It was drowned in a (decent) sauce, and served with some unidentifiable veggie (not the scallions that it said on the menu).Wife had breaded haddock with onion rings. While it was properly cooked, the breading was tasteless, and the onion rings undercooked. And tasteless as well.To be fair, service was good, and the calamari calamity was taken off the bill. But sadly they've lost a long-time customer.

Definitely a local hang out. Keno is played here. Lots of high tops and tables. Large parties are welcomed. Good meals..... bacon wrapped scallops and the burgers and try the meat lovers pizza. Very good. Staff, other than hostess, is attentive and helpful. We will be back.

The best kept secret in the lakes region. The 1800's charm of Schuster's and the Gunstock Inn just adds to the experience here. My girlfriend and I came up for a dinner cruise on the Mount Washington and a romantic getaway at the Gunstock Inn. After checking into our room we decided to go with the front desk recommendation of prime rib night at Schuster's. Well we did it and the applewood smoked prime rib was absolutely out of this world delicious!!! It was coupled with a twice baked potato and sauteed vegetables. We finished the meal off with a fabulous chocolate mousse truffle cake. Our service was excellent and the prices are reasonable. After seeing the buffet food on the dinner cruise we were so glad we ate at Schuster's. We have actually stayed an extra night at the Inn and tonight I had a 16 oz ribeye steak and my girlfriend had the grilled swordfish. We are in love with Schuster's and the Gunstock Inn!! I can't believe anyone would write a bad review about this place. If you want the Ritz Carlton go stay there. If you want classic New England charm, excellent service and amazing food stay here.

Excellent food! Great choices for vegans, vegetarians, or other. My favorite meals were the vegetarian ones (mixed vegetable bowl was the best!) , but all options were very well prepared (shrimp, steak roulade, salads, flat breads.) Variety of alcoholic beverages that were unique and very enjoyable. This would get 5 stars but for the length of time to serve the food. It comes out family style to share, but for a large group such as ours, the time to prepare the choices was lengthy. That's because it is all freshly made, but it did make it difficult with a toddler, despite the very accommodating staff. Will definitely go back!

This restaurant fits into the category of average. The food is average, okay, not great. Pizza is pretty standard.We did a family event recently and somehow the waitress didnât focus on the kids table first. So the kids (10+) started coming apart at the seams. Itâs such a rookie mistake. Note to waitresses: feed the kids first, no matter what.Second, give everyone water. Always. Donât ask, just bring it.I thought the bartenders were good.This could be a special place but I think it caters to diners who donât know the difference.

After having 3 drinks we were asked to leave!!We visited as a family, mum dad, daughter and future son in law, told the server we were there for the evening, ordered some drinks and some food, the nachos were average at best, the tenders dry and over cooked. We then asked for another drink and were astonished that we were only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks each as it was a family restaurant!!We were a family that had walked 15 minutes in the rain to celebrate Fatherâs Day with a few drinks and a bite to eat.The manager, Kylie,was extremely rude and asked us to leave, at 9.30pmOverall, an awful experience at a restraunt with poor staff and average food. I suspect that the only reason it stays in business is because it is the only bar/ restaurant in the area.We have been visiting from the UK and thought this would be a nice last night of our holiday. All 3 of us had the fish and chips - we all agreed it was the best! Breading was so thin and crisp. Haddock was fresh and flaky. The fries (chips) were thick cut slices (circles) instead of shoestrings. So good. They asked if you wanted bread (we did) and it came out as a mini round loaf - crusty outside, soft inside. Server was very friendly and quick with drink refills. We left our card there and when I called back to check, they offered to mail it to us (we weren't from the area).WE love to hear this! Our first time eating here and enjoyed it very much. I had the French Dip. It was on toasted panini bread, sliced beef with caramelized onions and melted cheese. My husband had a Reuben that he said was delicious. Both came with fries. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. We look forward to returning.
