I mentioned this in my crit of the Franca Tower Hotel. I go there every time I am in Franca (an uninspiring town, but great for shopping for top-class mens shoes in the factory outlets).Lively establishment, best get there early in the evening. Superb sliced picanha, huge caipirinhas, friendly staff, excellent live music by professional musicians. Decor reminds me of some of the places in New YorkÂ´s village (Bob Dylan vintage). You will have a good meal here, plus an insight into what local Brazilians like doing in the evenings - eating, drinking, gossiping, flirting!!!
