Just returned from a couple weeks trip to Flagler and went to Finnâs three times. Great views, good music and their fish fingers are still crazy good, possibly the best appetizer in Flagler. However, chicken wings are another story. They just donât seem fresh and are too dry. Bothered my stomach both times I ordered them. The onion rings dipped in their special sauce were surprisingly delicious. My wife ordered a burger and loved it. I had a few bites and thought it was really good, but call me crazy, I donât order burgers for dinner on vacation in Florida. Overall though, itâs a reliable fun place to go that checks all the vacation restaurant boxes for adults.

We stopped by for a late lunch and had the Shrimp Poke Bowl and Shrimp Tacos. The Tacos were really good, but the Shrimp Poke Bowl is a must try. The service was friendly and efficient. We will be back! Do yourself a favor and try this place.

My DW and I have been coming to this property for many years. A few years ago it changed hands and I was not overtly excited, so when back in town and wife wanted to go, I was some what hesitant. Well, was I in for a treat. We sat in the bar and caught some happy hour drinks courtesy of Stephanie and some wonderful peel and eat shrimp, very sweet. Had a tossed salad that was fresh and crisp, and some tasty toasted bread. We both had the fried seafood platter with shrimp, haddock and scallops. The shrimp was the best I have had in a long time, big and juicy. The haddock was a huge filet and the scallops were just as big and delicious. I was watching some of the food coming from the kitchen and everything looked great , including a ridiculously large hamburger. So if you read this, go and enjoy and you wonât be disappointed.Thank you so much! We have done so many changes since changing to The Anchor back in 2015! We are thrilled to hear that you gave us another chance! We hope to see you back again soon!

This is where locals go (and tourists) for cool breeze, live music and cold drinks. Definitely recommend, family friendly and great outdoor seating. Ask for Lindsey, she will take good care of you.Gosh, we are thrilled that you enjoyed yourself at our place. We love being a locals place, but we also introducing ourselves to new friends, locals and visitors alike. Just between Ormond Beach and Flager Beach is this little gem called High Tides at Snack Jack. There's a pet friendly outdoor seating area, or go inside for open air dining, with oceanfront seating on the backside of the restaurant. The food is delicious, with organic and vegetarian offerings. Go on Tuesday night for a pound of fresh Gulf shrimp for $10! Valet parking is mandatory, but free! It tends gets crowded, so go early, or be ready to wait on the weekends, especially during the summer. It will be well worth your time and it's such a relaxing place to hangout and grab a cold beer and enjoy the scenery. Going to High Tides has become one of favorite places to go on our annual family vacay to Daytona Beach every June.

On a quiet Tuesday evening this was the dinner we needed. My wife and I had lots to discuss and the space provided a private atmosphere with great service and food. The wasabi crusted salmon was quite good, and the French dip had nicely crusted bread and tender meat. Portions were made it so I had no room for dessert. Hopefully next time.Eva was our server and she was super. Attentive, polite, and in no way pushing us along.A bit hard to get in and out of with the construction, but worth the extra turns.Recommend.

We finally decided to try this place because we were told about their Tuesday burger special. $5,$6 with cheese and $1 more if you want lettuce,tomato,onion. Atmosphere is very nice, service was good and the burgers were good. We will definitely go back. The only reason I didnât give it a 5 was because their A/C was not working properly and it was 97 degrees outside and crowded inside.

Yes, on vacation and another year later and another great experience at the Golden Lion. We were once again fortunate to have Amanda as our server. She is personable, professional and always smiling. The Golden Lion has to have the best Fried Coconut Shrimp in all of Flagler Beach, Palm Coast and beyond. Additionally, their Fish and Chip dinner is ginormos and excellent ! Bring a "to go" container because you will not finish it. Hit them up during their Happy Hour and enjoy oysters on the half shell, a great deal. We love this place, they never disappoint !Hey Joe! We are so glad you were able to come visit us again! And you are right, Amanda is always smiling! We will be sure to let her know you guys enjoyed your time at The Golden Lion with her. Can't wait to see you guys next year!

We stopped here for lunch with a group. The service was very good. The atmosphere is very casual being right across fro the beach. The selection of food was quite good. I had the burger special and it was served with homemade potato chips. Very happy with everything.

Our first visit with family here. So many good things to say. Parking is good. Thereâs an elevator to the top deck. Slow but it works.Scenery is awesome, oceanfront!Menu is full of choices to suit everyoneâs taste. Thereâs fish, meat, salads, burgers.
