We enjoyed sitting out on their patio area a couple weeks ago. I cannot remember the name of our waitress, but she had long strawberry blonde hair and she was fantastic. Very nice and attentive without being pushy. As we were meeting family that I hadn't seen in 15 years, we wanted to take our time. We all enjoyed a couple of their beers. I wasn't too hungry, so had their spinach salad. It was a nice balance of spinach, pickled onions, sugary pecans and bacon. I would go back. They had trivia that night which seemed quite popular.

We were going to eat at the Stable restaurant at the Biltmore but the front desk clerk at our hotel said to try this place as the food was just as good at a less expensive price. And she was right. Our waitress was pleasant and brought us our food quickly. Menu has decent choices. Located in a good location in Biltmore village, it is close to the Biltmore after spending a couple hours on a tour. The only negative is that parking can be difficult to find.

My husband and I were visiting Ashville, and we celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary here with a close family friend. It was a fantastic night! My husband had the grilled salmon, and it was tasty and grilled perfectly. Our friend and I had the fillet mignon...excellent, and cooked exactly as ordered. The wine was great as well. We had pecan pie foe dessert...it was delicious and warm, with whipped cream. Our server was friendly and attentive! We were three satisfied customers!!

Hillman Beer is a small, family-owned business located in Asheville, NC that brings the pub style back to the brewery experience. With an emphasis on quality beer and a focus on classics and comfort, we hope that our beer and pub atmosphere keep you comin
Typical brewery, with some nice outdoor areas, and great on-site food option. Unfortunately the kitchen was running seriously behind and it too over and hour for food to arrive. It would have been nice to know there was a delay-but it was delish when it finally arrived, and there was no indication in reviews this is the norm, but you may want to ask before ordering how long it's taking. Burger was one of the best I've had in recent memory, which includes one of Atlanta's "top" burgers! So sorry for the delay in your meal! It can happen sometimes getting an unusual pop on a Monday night, but hope you are able to hang out with us again. Hope the burger might have made up for your wait, Rise Above Deli does an awesome job!!

This is a wonderful restaurant in Biltmore Park famous for its pork BBQ. A generous side of hush puppies and several sauces to add to the pulled pork make this a must if in the area!!! The manger, Krissy, is friendly and welcoming. She has live music often and goes out of her way to make you and your party feel appreciated. The menu includes chicken and the usual BBQ sides including coleslaw, fries, collards etc. Desserts are changed frequently. Outside seating is great in the evening and offers a spot to people watch.Thank you so much for the great review. Krissy is a real treasure and knows how to treat our guests. Thank you so much for coming in and people watching with us.

I had the cowboy burger medium with the onion rings for lunch. They gave a chipotle ranch style sauce on the side. I enjoyed my meal. The bacon for some reason tasted like it was nuked in the microwave. The beer that she chose for me because I asked her for something light and citrus was quite refreshing. Similar to a blue moon. I will return. Very friendly staff.

What constitutes "New South Flavors?" For us, it is begins with reverence for those time-honored Southern dishes. Served up by wonderful home cooks for years. We respect the freshness, the flavors and the food itself. But we like to jazz it up a little, a
We returned to this restaurant after being absent since February. We were amazed! The renovation has produced a sleek, warm, modern establishment that makes full use of its exposure to Asheville's mountain air. The breakfast menu looks similar to the old one, but several new dishes were present. After consulting with our amazing server, Jamie, we included the Potato Cracklings. Jamie and the rest of the team took really good care of us! The food before was good but this time it was sparkling! The manager, Valerie, visited our table and we enjoyed learning about the many changes. She runs a tight ship and it shows. We are adding this restaurant back to our list of regular stops. In this town, that is saying a lot!

My husband and I had dinner at the East Village Grille this past week. The Blue Ridge Fish (Grouper) and Chips was delicious! And the Greek salad was excellent, too! Couldn't resist dessert... The BEST chocolate cake and Baklava!!!

Brussels sprouts are great. After that, recipe/chef changes are needed. Fried green tomatoes - nope, mussels were good. Chicken wings average. We were seated - then they started setting up for a 14 top. We were completely forgotten until that was set up. It didnât get much better, because then the 14 arrived. This wasnât my first visit, but probably my last.
