We had a fantastic menu, 3 courses, wine, coffee and bread and all for around 10 Euros per person. I would guess that the smoked salmon I had for first course would have cost that amoutn at home! Food was excellent, service was excellent. Recommended by a local. Can be found at the sie of the permanent market in the centre. The restaurant in nice inside, don't be put off by the tables on the street. Would not recommend sitting outside as it is on a busy road, ok if you are only stopping for a quick drink or coffee, but if eating then get yourself inside and enjoy the atmosphere. Seems to be very popular with the locals and I cannot blame them. When you find somewhere you likke it is worth returning, we ill return next time we are in El Vendrell, probably on a market day too. Would highly recommend and will return for sure.

I have visited twice; first time I was seated indoors(it´s cozy inside), second time outdoors(the restaurant is situated in front of a beach, it´s just sunny and lovely). The menu offers a wide variety of burgers but they also serve nachos, sandwiches and salads. I had the Hollywood burger(10,50€) with homemade fries, very tasty. ¨Menú del día¨ was at 11,50€ which included nachos, burger with fries and a soft drink or beer. The staff was very kind.The one suggestion I would make is to use maybe another type of oil to fry the french fries as the current one was a little intense.

We came across La Farmacia by accident, as we were strolling through the old town El Vendrell after a long day at the water park in Terragona. Our table was in the little plaza on the back side of the restaurant and it was a charming location for a quiet evening meal. The town was just shutting down for the night and we enjoyed the last hours of twilight while dining on some tasty local fare. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of trying to figure out what to order as the menu was available only in Catalan (which is also what the staff of La Farmacia spoke). Between the pictures in the menu and our waitress' tireless efforts to communicate with us despite the language barrier, my wife and I chose their daily special, which included 8 small portions of various tapas and a drink for under €10. The food certainly didn't disappoint and the atmosphere and service were great. It was another successful meal in El Vendrell!If you're in El Vendrell, go ahead and try La Farmacia for your evening meal - it is a small and unassuming place, but offers authentic local food, a friendly staff, and a lot of personality!

La verdad es que no hemos encontrado muchos restaurantes destacables en Comarruga. Llegamos a este por casualidad y nos sorprendió positivamente.Es un pequeño establecimiento con platos caseros.Tienen un menú de 9€ con 2 primeros y 2 segundos a elegir, con postre y bebidas incluidos.Fuera del menú probamos los calamares a la romana, croquetas y fingers de pollo (para las niñas). Todo muy bueno.Tuvimos un pequeño percance con el segundo plato del menú que no llegó pero lo solucionaron amablemente.

Ate here twice during a ten day stay. Had kids with us and they liked the space. Great BBQ ribs. Pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and steak and fish etc. Easy to find a decent table. They start serving food around 20:15 but can get busy later with long queues to order. (Although they seem to move quick) food and drink can be ordered from the BBQ kitchen and beer drinks in the bar. We were helped by a guy called Ethan who was really friendly and spoke good English. All the staff were great and it was two of our fave meals for no fuss family dining in a cool place. Good value. If you drive to Calafell slide for an evening get food here afterwards? Set outside among the rocks next to the road from Calafell to Bellvei.
