In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, "to meet Pan Am stewardesses." Sud
If you are into paying $20 per person average on a casual lunch this would be a great place to dine. I personally prefer something more upscale at that price point for a lunch. The overall food is average and certainly nothing special. The only thing worse is the horrible service where the waiter disappeared throughout the meal and did not get the orders correct. We failed to get our meals that we ordered. We never saw a manager to apologize I canât recommend this restaurant for any meal

We ate here because it was walking distance from our hotel. The interior seemed a little old and run down and there weren't many people there for a Saturday night. However, our wings, fried green tomatoes, and corn fritters were delicious and service was excellent.

Traveling through Alabama, my husband and I stayed in Dothan. Hungry for BBQ, we asked the hotel personnel for a recommendation. FatBack's was suggested, and it did not disappoint. What I, personally, found amazing was the onion rings. More a fan of French fries, I decided on something different, and ordered the onion rings. There were very thin with exceptional batter, and were a delightful change. Tucked away in an "off the beaten path" strip center, it's worth the hunt.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
Went with family for supper and was impressed with the interior changes. The bar area is walled off and there are wrap-around booths for large groups. It was relatively quiet so we could talk and hear each other and the service was superior...I'll bet our tea/water glasses were filled four times during the course of our meal. The waiter was patient as we asked for more time to consider the menu but he returned wo keeping us "hanging." I had the "low country shrimp" which turned out to be very good, exactly as described and pictured. My wife and mother-in-law made a meal out of the appetizer combo while my brother-in-law had the salmon, which was well prepared and tasty. You can't beat the free Wednesday dessert, picking from two brownie concoctions and six different types of pie. A good place and good experience.

Arrived at 1300 on a Saturday, not busy, about 5 tables with patrons. Sat quick and got drinks and an appetizer fast. Pizza took forever though and was average. Our 2nd visit and will go back, but only if we have time to spare! Gave them an average vs poor since the server and food was ok. Thanks for your feedback - we apologize about the wait. Next time you're in, let us know about your previous experience and we will make sure to make it right. Thanks for your business, and we do hope to see you again soon.
